Stunning panoramic mountain views from every window! Awesome location with less than one mile to the town of Winter Park you can WALK to town in 15 minutes. Winter Park Resort is only a 10-minute drive or take the free shuttle right to the lifts. A central perfect location less than five minutes to the Fraser Recreation Center, The Foundry Cinema and Bowl, Fraser Tubing Hill, and groceries at Safeway
Relax by the fireplace in the open living room, kitchen, and dining area, or enjoy the view from your private deck. The main level has a fully stocked kitchen to prepare your favorite meal. The first bedroom is on the main level with a queen bed and an attached bathroom with a shower and tub. The Master Suite is on the lower level with a king bed and a large ensuite with a separate tub and shower as well as double sinks. There is also a bunk room downstairs with 2 twins over twin bunks and it has its own bath. Walk out of the master to the lower patio and the private hot tub. The home includes a full-size washer and dryer. Gas grill provided for the perfect BBQ. Jump on the FREE shuttle to avoid parking at the resort. Walk right out the door for miles of hiking and mountain biking trails, no need to bike to a trailhead.
