Went for a NYE getaway with a group of 3 friends. Very reasonable option compared to 4 hotel rooms, with 3BRs and 1 open sleeping area that each had a separate bath. Particularly impressed with how well supplied the unit was - it had laundry detergent, basic supplies like spices, flour, olive oil and coffee filters, hairdryers in the bathrooms, USB chargers by the beds. Furniture and beds all very comfortable and it was a great getaway choice; ability to simply check in/out without having to meet anyone also great during COVID. Location is a 10-15 minute drive from main St. George and Zion, Kanab, etc. are all accessible for day trips. Note this unit is one of the furthest from the pool and the garage only fits one (small) car.

We had a wonderful time at this clean, luxurious retreat! Just what we needed for a family get-away. The townhome overlooks the golf course and has beautiful views. It had everything we needed for a wonderful stay!

This was our first visit to St. George. It is a lovely area and the accommodations were very comfortable. We would certainly stay here again if we come back to the area.<br/><br/>The location is a bit of a distance from Down Town St. George, but is very quiet and gets you far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the down town area.

The Ledges unite was clean, well equiped and has a very enjoyable view to the golf course. We had a great stay.

Our stay in the Ledges was perfect. The property was as described with all the comforts of home. Our family of 8 were very comfortable and relaxed in the spacious rooms. We will return. Thank you for making the experience easy and stress free.

We rented this unit for a family reunion. Very clean and nice, back patio right off the golf course. We had a great time in the pool which had a nice very shallow area for tiny children and then steps leading down to the deeper pool. Located close to Snow Canyon to hike, bike or rock climb. More guest parking would be nice. The two Pickle Ball courts were crowded but we still got a game in.

The home was a perfect place for our group. It was clean, comfortable , with all amenities we needed. Thank you!!

We loved our stay! It was a little out of the way from the hub of Saint George but it was worth it! It was clean and beautiful.

Accommodations were very nice along with some great golf courses. Would recommend location for others for future golf trips.

Getting there is cheap with flights to Vegas. <br/><br/>Felt like I was in my home all week. We are active "air b n b'ers"...this blew air bnb away.<br/><br/>Thank you so much for playing a huge roll in an incredible vacation.

First time visiting St. George and would definitely come again. There are so many activities to do and this apt had everything we needed, plenty of room, very clean and comfortable beds, nice decoration and great golfing.

Our vacation started off rough with airport delays. Kimber was wonderful in understanding our travel issue. She was understanding and even gave us an extra day. Unfortunately we couldn't take advantage of that day. We stayed 6 nights in condo 5040 and it was beautiful and perfect.

Best place in St George!

My sister and I enjoyed our stay at the Ledges. Very comfortable and relaxing. We were really pleased with what the ledges had to offer. Swimming pool is great too!

Our condo exceeded our expectations. It was very large to accommodate larger families. My husband and I stayed downstairs which accommodated us perfectly. The unit was very well appointed with everything we needed. I would have liked to have had a robe but since it sleeps ten robes may not be feasible. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

We loved staying at the "Retreat" at the Ledges rental for a few days in May! It was clean, the beds were so comfortable, their was plenty of towels and bedding, and the condo was extremely clean! We were able to use the kitchen for our meals and the Pickleball courts were fun! It would be great if the Ledges had a few more courts--they're super popular! We had a wonderful mini vacation and would highly recommend to all our friends and family:)

Scheduled this condo to take my mother to Tuachan to see her favorite, The Sound of Music along with other family members. This condo was spectacular and staying all together was great rather than being split up in hotel rooms. Family memories is what life is all about and we definitely made some here. This condo was amazing!! Only thing better would have been to have been able to stay longer. Would highly recommend this unit to all family and friends and hope to stay their again myself.

My husband and I rented the condo for seven nights. We had six days of golf booked at six different golf courses. This was the perfect location with easy access to all the courses. Plus grocery store, drug store and state liquor store near by. Beautiful quiet and very clean property. Very well stocked kitchen. The property and reservation manager, Dan, was so great to work with. He even booked all our tee times and went above and beyond dealing with our request. Highly recommend!
