**Resort Plaza 5043 offers Air Conditioning during the summer months**
Perfect for large families - can sleep up to 14 guests very comfortably. This well-appointed Park City vacation rental offers 4 large bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, spacious living room with a breathtaking mountain view and gas fireplace, updated kitchen with newer appliances and plenty of counter and storage space, in-unit stackable washer & dryer. Bedding in 5043 offers 1 king bed in the downstairs master bedroom with full sized deluxe bathroom, the downstairs second bedroom offers 1 twin bed plus a Captains bunk (double bed on the bottom, twin on top) full sized bathroom. The third downstairs bedroom offers a full sized bed in addition to a twin bed with twin trundle pull-out and full sized bathroom. The fourth bedroom is located upstairs in the "Steeple" area of this beautiful vacation rental and offers a King bed with full sized bathroom. The fourth bedroom offers a sitting area adjacent to the bedroom with a queen sized sofa sleeper. You'll find an additional sofa sleeper in the landing area at the top of the first staircase. Each bedroom offers a television. Square footage: 2700 square feet.

--So convenient! When you reserve your Winter Park City vacation in Resort Plaza 5043, you have access to the Identity Properties on-call, in-town courtesy shuttle which operates from mid-December through March from 8:30am-8pm. This service is offered for select rentals only with 5043 as a participant. The courtesy shuttle will deliver you to the Deer Valley Resort and Canyons Resort in addition to the bottom of Main Street and the local grocery store. (The courtesy shuttle does not operate during the Sundance Film Festival).
The Resort Plaza Condominiums are conveniently located slope side at the base of the Park City Mountain Resort. The Resort Plaza is comprised of 3 buildings and offers an on-site check in desk during the winter season, complimentary wi-fi access, elevator service, underground parking, year round pool and fitness facility off site. From Nov.20 - April 10, Resort Plaza guests will receive one midweek housekeeping cleaning service with stays of six nights or longer. Housekeeping is not included for rentals from April 11 - November 19. Resort Plaza condominiums are conveniently located on Park City's free transportation route and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops.
~The Resort Plaza front desk is opened daily during the winter season from 8am-9pm. The front desk is closed from April 15-Nov.19 (dates may vary). Guests checking in after hours or off-season, will check in via the exterior lock box located next to the Marsac Mill glass entry doors. Please advise if you will need the lock box code or additional check-in instructions (at least 5 days prior to your arrival date).Parking is located underneath the Lowell building (parking permit required which can be obtained at the Resort Plaza front desk).
