INSIDE THE HOUSE
From a private parking spot, head down the outdoor steps to the first deck, which holds a gas BBQ and patio seating. There is a great sledding hill in the yard and the property is walking distance to the slopes.
Inside, an eight-seat dining table is tucked in a remodeled eat-in kitchen. Stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher, microwave, and gas stove/oven) and granite countertops make for a space as stylish as it is useful.
The living room has generous seating for seven (as well as a sleeper sofa) around a crackling wood-burning fireplace. A LG TV with cable sits over the fireplace. The smart TVs can be used for Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.
The lower-level game room is ideal for evenings in. Highlights include a wood-burning fireplace, an arcade unit with 460 games, air hockey and pool table combination, and a TV. Enjoy direct access to the forested backyard where a horseshoe pit is inviting on fine days.
Out on the deck, a bubbling hot tub sits surrounded by pines.
BED & BATH
This home sleeps six adults and one child.
The master bedroom is detailed with a king bed and log-style furnishings. The adjacent bathroom includes a tub/shower combination.
The second bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunk beds, and the third bedroom holds a queen bed.
The upstairs second bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination and glass surround.

Driveway parking is available for two vehicles.
The City of Big Bear Lake requires a face-to-face check-in with the property manager. The credit card and ID that was used to make the reservation must be present at check-in.
Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. Parties prohibited. No refunds due to eviction for noise disturbances, over-occupancy, or excess vehicles. Street parking is not permitted.
This quiet street is only used by residents, so you can lose yourself in the forest tranquility - but don’t be fooled, there’s plenty to do nearby. The most popular winter destination, of course, is popular Bear Lake Mountain Ski Resort, less than a mile from the home with skiing, snowboarding and hiking options.
But skiing isn’t all there is to do. Big Bear Lake Alpine Zoo is less than a mile away, where you can meet wild animals in rehabilitation. Or hop in the car and drive to Big Bear Lake, 4.3 miles. While you’re there, explore Big Bear Lake Village where you’ll find an array of shops and dining options.
