To ensure we are prepared to address the realities of COVID-19, we have rolled out enhanced safety protocols designed to provide both guests and employees with a safe and enjoyable experience. Our new safety guidelines include limited touchpoints at check in, property-wide enhanced cleaning measures, shared space guidelines in elevators and physical distancing policies.
New protocols include the following:
- Guests will be asked to maintain physical distancing guidelines and use face coverings when in common areas.
- Elevator usage will be limited to individuals or families traveling from the same household.
- Transactions will be cashless.
- Room keys will be cleaned and disinfected before they are placed into guest packets.
IMPORTANT: For guests staying between Friday, November 20th, 2020 and Tuesday, January 31st 2021, per the Summit County, Colorado public health order, gatherings are limited to 10 members of 2 different household who currently reside together.
