OCCUPANCY LIMIT 5 OR 10 (IF RENTED WITH NOSEEUM COTTAGE)- 1 DOG UNDER 40 LBS. w/$100 pet fee. Escape from it all in this cozy Maine cabin on the shore of Parker Pond in Casco. Two bedrooms, bath with shower, equipped kitchen for housekeeping. Screened porch with table and chairs and an additional twin bed making comfortable sleeping for 5. Picnic table and firepit on lakeside. Nice big lawn adjacent to the cottage. Shared sandy beach with Noseeum Cottage next door and shared swim float. Shares drive way in to the cottage with Noseeum Cottage next door (sleeps 5). Great private getaway for 10 if rented with adjacent Noseeum Cottage.
Waterfront/Lot Description: Shorefront property with lawn leading to shore. Sandy bottom frontage. Lot around cottage is nice and level. Parking space for 2 cars. Dock/Suitable for tie-up: no dock. Boat launch at Lord Rd. 3.3 miles away|small boats could be pulled up on shore.
