Description
Comfortable, clean, calming place to enjoy the company of your family and friends after a magical day exploring Joshua Tree. Beautiful views of the sunrise, sunset and stars. 2 1/2 acres tucked away into a quiet little neighborhood 15 minutes away from the entrance of the national park.
Welcome to my little home. A clean comfortable space to enjoy a meal and relax with family and friends after a magical day exploring all that Joshua Tree has to offer.
There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with comfortable sleeping arrangements for 4 people; 1 queen bed in each bedroom with en-suite. This remodeled home packs in every amenity needed to show up and start relaxing right away. There is a full kitchen with an electric stove, large fridge and freezer, and all the supplies needed to cook a nice meal, living room with a large couch to curl up on with TV and share stories and make new memories.
THE OUTDOORS:
The large backyard has open views from every angle and the front porch invites you to sit back and relax in the open desert.
PETS:
We love pets and believe it's a little unfair to charge extra for them since we consider them family members. With that in mind, please be respectful of our furniture and outdoor spaces and clean up after them. Please let us know when you book how many dogs you will be bringing so we can leave them a special surprise upon check-in.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT
There will be a rental agreement sent out that will need a signature to complete the reservation
• FENCE
There is no fence in the backyard. The property is wide open and wild life, including rabbits, coyotes and scorpions wonder freely throughout
• WIFI
wifi can be spotty and not always available during the entire stay. We use Mojave Wifi since thats the only available company in the area and the wifi goes in and out with the weather
• EN SUITE BATHROOM
In the master bedroom that has the attached bathroom, it does not have a door between the bedroom and the bathroom but the bedroom itself has a door.
• FIRE
We have a propane fire pit for your use. Due to the location and a current fire ban there is a strict no OPEN fire policy, so that means NO WOOD FIRES. If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, using fireworks or other open fire means your rental agreement will be terminated and you will be asked to leave. There is a propane fire pit that is available for your use all year round.
• IDENTITY VERIFICATION
You will receive a text or email from Guest Ranger that will ask you to verify your identity and submit a picture of a government issued ID and a selfie. This information will be used to verify that the booking guest matches the credit card used and to help reduce any issues with identity theft. This process is mandatory to complete the booking. The data is protected in a hash-encrypted vault following data security standards including GDPR. Data-input in the vault is encrypted in a two-way function where information is scrambled using an encryption key and unscrambled later using a decryption key. On top of that, we use hashing to add an extra layer of security using a one-way function where a unique message digest is generated from an input file or a string of text. No keys are used.
