This new construction vacation home in Reunion’s Fairway Ridge community features 5 ensuites that include 3 master suites, each featuring a king bed. The remaining two bedrooms feature a queen bed and two twin beds. Two master suites have private balconies, one overlooking the resort and the other overlooking the pool and the Nicklaus golf course. All bedrooms feature flat screen TV’s and ceiling fans. Enjoy the open floor plan on the main level that includes a sitting area, dining room with seating for 8 and a family room with direct access to the private pool, spa and BBQ grill. Prepare home cooked meals in the fully equipped, state of the art eat-in kitchen with counter seating for 4. Sit back and enjoy the private theater room featuring a 120” screen and plush leather seating for 9. Upstairs in the loft area there is a bar with flat screen TV and a billiards table. Spend hours of fun in the west-facing private pool and spa and enjoy the beautiful Florida sunsets over the signature Nicklaus golf course. The covered lanai has a built-in BBQ grill and has a dining table with seating for 6 and 4 chaise loungers. This modern and inviting home is the perfect place to relax and get away from it all while still feeling like you’re at home.
