This is a rambling, 3 bedroom, 2 bath ranch style home on Mumm’s Bay on Lake Namakagon. It is perched only feet from the lakeshore The screened porch offers another place for you to enjoy the lake breezes.
This home is an older home and great for fishing groups with a private dock.
The interior extends from the lakeside living room with its row of windows, satellite TV and wood burning fireplace; to the master bedroom and bath with a walkout patio door to the lake and to 2 more bedrooms.
This is a rustic rental home on a great part of the lake.
*We have been working with the Department of Health and have new cleaning standards and procedures for all our Beds. On each bed we will provide sheets, pillow and pillow case and blankets. You will need to bring your own towels and any soaps.

We have been coming to this property for about 10 years and it has never been updated. We know that it has a new well pump because it went out a couple of years ago and we were without water for 2 days.
The house needs some major improvements (furniture is dirty & ripping, carpet is dirty, drawers are missing in the kitchen, toilets need to be replaced along with the floor around the toilets, the bed in the middle room needs a new box spring & mattress, screens have holes and are falling out, blinds in the master bedroom are defective....this house needs a lot of tender loving care. We usually end up fixing things when we come such as putting the steps and the rest of the dock together, fixing cupboard doors that are falling off, cleaning outside/inside windows of bugs/spiders, fixing toilets when the chain falls off, changing light bulbs, replacing shower curtains because they are rusty & moldy. It's a shame to see such a great property be run into the ground! I hate to write such a bad review because we have so many great memories at the Seidls but we will not be coming back if the owner's won't take care of this place. Thank you!
