unit was not cleaned and was dirty, unable to get a room elsewhere due to everything booked up. Had to CLEAN the unit before we could stay there or sleep in the bed. If office would have been open would have returned keys!!!

We so enjoyed our week at Indian Shores. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed (except a blender!). The pool & hot tub were clean & wonderful to have. We also enjoyed sitting on the dock. It was truly a short walk to the beach with our own path! We will be back!

Quiet Waters truly was "quiet". Very nice complex with a nice pool and patio area (with gas grill and a corn hole area) and easy beach access across the road. This particular unit met our needs. The kitchen was not overly well stocked dishes wise. Living area was a good size. Both bedrooms were clean and larger than we expected; comfortable mattresses. Bathrooms were clean. Washer and dryer in unit.

Overall cleanliness though was not impressive. Carpets are in need of a serious clean, kitchen cabinets interior were kinda grimy, most dishes had to be washed before used. We did notice the sliding door wouldn't lock upon arrival and they sent some one first thing the following morning. Easy communication with Seaside Property Shoppe. If you are planning to come here you need to bring extra paper towels, toilet paper (if staying several days). There were no washcloths, only towels and hand towels. Would be nice to see these things provided along with more dishwasher tablets.

Beach was not a busy area. We liked that the unit is away from shops and restaurants directly but they're within a 2-3 mile radius.

We would stay here again if the unit had a good deep clean, cleanliness was the only disappointment.

Needs updating, especially bathrooms. Nice pool, hot tub and fishing dock.

Resort was very quiet and friendly. Pool became the meeting place every morning and visitors mixed with residents regularly sharing experiences and recommendations for eating places. I'll be back.

Kitchen tap should be replaced as it leaked. It's a little rusty. The shower head in the master bathroom should be cleaned with CLR so that the water comes out better. The exhaust fan in the second bathroom needs to be cleaned. Finally, the patio doors should be fixed a litle better so that they can lock better and make sure that the end pieces stayed locked and don't move from their fixed position.

NO PAPER PRODUCTS IN KITCHEN OR BATHROOMS. FRIDGE HAD FOOD CAKED ON SHELVES AND IN FREEZER. FLOORS NEEDED SWEPT. CARPET NEEDED REPLACED, OR A VERY GOOD CLEANING. WASHING MACHINE WAS BROKEN, THEY DID REPLACE IT 2 DAYS BEFORE WE LEFT. SWIMMING POOL WAS WARM BUT WAS HARDLY EVER WITH SUN. PATIO FURNITURE NEEDED TO BE THROWN OUT. SEVERAL BLANKETS FOR THE BEDS HAD SPOTS ON THEM. THE AREA WAS NICELY LOCATED AND ATTRACTIVE FROM THE OUTSIDE. NOT KNOWING HOW MUCH RENTALS IN THE AREA WENT FOR ($), I SUPPOSE WE GOT WHAT WE PAID FOR, BUT NEVER AGAIN!

Condo was in a great locstion but was overdue for an overall renovation. Carpet and bathrooms appeared to be original and need replacement. Doors to the balcony were hard to open and difficult to lock.
