Each condo in this small complex has touches of old world charm in stucco accents and architectural niches, combining the spirit of a Spanish villa with the Texas tropics! Imagine yourself relaxing with a refreshing beverage on your private patio directly off the pool or enjoying the beautiful landscaping, pool and picnic areas in the shared public spaces. The building has only 8 condos preserving the advantages of a small property yet offers two pools (one heated) and a hot tub.
Tastefully furnished throughout in a contemporary style with dark rich tones and tropical, nautical and Texas accents, this first floor condo features high ceilings, tiled floors, decorator lighting, and ample closet space, TVs in the living room and master bedroom, and a walk-in closet in the master. The master bath features a walk-in shower and the second bath has a shower/tub combination.
With a king size bed in the master suite, two twins in the second bedroom and a quality sofa sleeper in the living room, this condo accommodates up to 6 overnight guests. This condo shares an entry with condo 7 and may be rented and combined to accommodate up to 12 guests. Or add 3,4,6 and/or 8 to accommodate up to 36 family and friends in the same building!
You will be staying within walking distance of all of the entertainment and restaurant venues on South Padre Island, so you may chose to dine out every night. But if you want to cook in, you will enjoy a beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops that is fully equipped. Additionally you will find a conveniently located charcoal grill in the backyard area adjacent to the pool area. A washer and dryer and 2 private parking spaces add convenience.
Whether you enjoy the beach, a quiet pool, or the South Padre Island night life, (or all three!) this is the perfect location for your stress free South Padre Island Getaway!
All of our properties are child friendly, family vacation rentals. All renters must be 25 years of age or older, or, must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
For Spring Break / Semana Santa all rental guests must comply with a families only restriction.
Check-in is from 3 p.m. until our office closes (6 p.m. Mon-Fri and 4 p.m. Sat-Sun). After hour arrivals are subject to a $50.00 late check-in fee (+tax/processing). To qualify for a late check-in, you must have returned a signed Guest License Agreement, a completed Guest Registry, and downloaded our free mobile app (Hospitality by GladToHaveYou).
Properties that are animal friendly will be marked as so on our website. However, the number, weight, and type of animal allowed varies for each property. All animals must be approved and registered prior to check-in and are subject to a $100 animal fee (+tax/processing).
During March, April, and parts of the summer, wristbands are required by the HOA of several complexes. The cost of wristbands varies per person and property.
