Enjoy the best of both worlds in a home nestled in the mountains that backs up directly to the lake, and only a few steps from the paved Summit Recreational Pathway. The weather is perfect all year round: in the winter for skiing and snow sports, and in the summer for boating, hiking, and biking. From this ideal hub you won't be far from any of it. Take in the breathtaking views from the large decks (one off the main living room, and one off the master bedroom) and enjoy a soak in the hot tub.

Temperatures rarely crest 75 degrees and always cool off dramatically once the sun sets.
