Description
With dark warm exposed wood timbers and hardwood floors throughout, Prospect Falls is more than meets the eye with four bedrooms, four and a half baths, private decks, hot tub and full game room complete with pool and ping pong tables! While providing both luxury and space for a true family getaway, this home can handle a sophisticated cocktail party on one floor, and and all out game night for the entire family in the media room on another.
Upon entering the home guests realize why the Tristant development extends this far. From beautiful San Sophia mountain views, to gorgeous exposed timbers leading all the way up to the vaulted ceiling and iron chandelier, Prospect Falls exudes elegance. A large stone hearth and gas fireplace command the great room, which has two large wingback chairs and comfy sofa. French doors lead out onto a private patio with grill and views of the Gondola. There is also a convenient powder room and garage entry from the foyer.
Adjacent to the seating area is a spacious gourmet kitchen featuring soapstone countertops, stainless steel appliances, Black and Decker drip coffee maker and beautiful custom cream cabinetry. A light bright space with Viking oven with six burners and a griddle, breakfast goers will love saddling up to the counter that seats four. A lovely formal dining table with room for six sits beside the kitchen area in its own windowed nook.
Up a flight to the top level is a spacious lofted office nook with leather couch and desk area. The king master suite is conveniently nearby, with the same beautiful exposed timbers, wood vaulted ceiling, flat screen TV, pot belly stove and gorgeous mountain views. There are also two armchairs and an en suite bathroom with large closet, dual vanities, free standing soaking tub and separate steam glass shower.
Down one flight of stairs takes guests to another den area with private entry with storage hooks, huge flat screen TV, comfy futon and two swivel armchairs. There is also a laundry room with full size washer and dryer and a sink. Two guest suites can be found off this shared seating area. Each suite is a convenient split king, each featuring private double doors to the balcony, flat screen TV and en suite bathroom. The first suite has a glass shower, the second a clawfoot soaking tub with shower and dual vanity sinks.
The basement area offers fun for the whole family! At the bottom level with the private porch and hot tub sits an immense game room complete with two sets of bunk beds (four total beds), full size pool table and ping pong table, as well as a media area with leather couch, armchairs, flat screen TV with Blu-ray player and Xbox 360. A convenient full bathroom is also located on this level - including a glass shower and dual vanity sinks.
