LOCATION
A short 5-minute drive brings you to either Vail Village or Lionshead Village, as well as nearby grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. If you'd rather leave the car behind, the complimentary in-town shuttle stops just outside the community and provides easy access throughout Vail.
For guests who enjoy exploring on foot, Lionshead Village is within walking distance via Lionshead Bridge. Nearby, the North Trail offers a scenic and more rugged hike with rewarding valley views. Piney Lake and Piney River Ranch are approximately 30 minutes away and are among the area's most popular summer destinations.
LIVING SPACES
The MAIN features floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase views of Vail Mountain, the ski slopes, and the surrounding Gore Range while filling the space with natural light. Complete with a fireplace, TV, powder room and the spacious open floor plan creates a comfortable setting for gathering with family and friends after a day on the slopes or trails.
The dining area seats six guests, while the oversized kitchen island provides seating for five more. The fully equipped kitchen offers generous counter space and everything needed for preparing family meals, holiday dinners, or a quick breakfast before heading out for the day. During the warmer months, enjoy outdoor dining on the patio, complete with comfortable seating and a barbecue grill.
PRIMARY SUITE
Located on the main level, the primary suite offers private patio access, a fireplace, walk-in closet and a flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom features radiant heated floors and a spacious walk-in shower. A king bed with a plush pillow-top mattress provides a comfortable place to recharge after a day in the mountains.
SECOND KING SUITE
The upper-level suite includes a king bed, en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and views toward the ski slopes. Having two king suites makes the home especially comfortable for multiple couples or families traveling together.
ADDITIONAL BEDROOMS
The lower level includes three additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, a laundry area, and a convenient mudroom entry.
One guest room features a king bed. The second bedroom includes a log-style twin-over-queen bunkbed, while the third offers a queen-over-queen bunk bed that comfortably sleeps up to four guests.
The entryway serves as a practical mudroom with a large bench and plenty of space for skis, boots, coats, backpacks, and outdoor gear.
The guest bathroom features a stone shower and handcrafted copper double vanity. A large-capacity washer and dryer are also available for guest use.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
*Please note, the home does not have air conditioning, which is common in Vail. Cool mountain evenings typically keep the home comfortable throughout the summer. *You will receive an invite to the guest portal at the time of booking with reservation confirmation. *Access instructions are emailed seven days prior to arrival.
All of our Vail Valley properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.
