Welcome to “ Beauty and the Beach”

This beautiful family home in the gated Port Side Villas development was completely rebuilt in 2008. The casual, yet elegant décor was created by a well known interior designer with an eye for beauty, but also an understanding of the practical needs of travelers. Each room provides a unique retreat for rest and relaxation. This chic, three bedroom three and a half bath unit, is perfect for entertaining sophisticated friends or for welcoming the extended family for a fabulous vacation. State of the art amenities include a Bose sound system, high definition 56” flat panel screen television in living room and flat screen TV in each bedroom, and WiFi throughout. Enjoy a cool drink on the huge deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Granite counter tops and all new stainless appliances will make cooking meals a pleasure. But if escaping the kitchen is your idea of fun then fine dining and casual eateries are just minutes away.

The cool color palette reflects hues from the magnificent gulf waters and pristine white beaches which are just steps from the door. You will be so comfortable inside the house that you may even be tempted to stay indoors! So sleep in and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of your vacation home. Relax in the luxurious 6’ whirlpool or large glass enclosed shower in the master bath, and enjoy coffee on the Master Bedroom deck. You may also choose to go to the 24’ wide deck on the second floor and drink coffer with your guests. When the beautiful weather beckons you outside, you can choose the beach, the new pool, or even a game of tennis. The expansive gulf frontage( gated 365' Gulf Front Beach) assures ample space to spread out on the beach and enjoy the breeze. The only crowds you will encounter might be the porpoises frolicking in the warm gulf waters or the sand crabs dodging in and out of the waves.

We ended up here by chance. The owner of another property we had rented decided to sell, so the listing agent found us this place instead. It was a blessing in disguise. First of all, the place was clean. Very clean. All appliances worked. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the utensils one could hope for. One frying pan should be replaced due to scratched and falling off Teflon coating, but other than that we were able to use the kitchen just like home. The unit itself had a great floorplan and the different outdoor balconies provided us sun and a way to get out of any wind. Even on some cool days, we were able to get some major Vitamin D on the balconies. If you are a walker, you will love not only the beach access, but the paved public sidewalk across the street. You can walk east all the way to "town" and the Tom Thumb convenience store and Peg Leg Pete's restaurant is an easy walk. If you need a panoramic view of the beach, you may be disappointed by the somewhat restricted view due to the buildings in front of this unit. But those are only single story and even on this unit's lower balcony or from the great room, you still have a nice view of the beach. The only disappointment was in the outdoor gas grill. One of the three burner knobs would not turn and the grill itself is really low end. I was able to cook several meals on it during the few weeks we were there, but it was a struggle. If I was cooking for more than 2 people, it would not have cut it due to the reduced cooking area and the fact it is rather small to start with. If you care about your car, you will love the garage. This is a valuable feature in my opinion. Your vehicle and other toys can be kept secure and clean. Also, the new decking outside the unit was very well done and had it been later in the season (hot), we would have used it when we needed to cool off and get out of the sun. Overall, we woul

Every thing was great. Only issue was the BBQ pit didn't work so we bought one and left it on the balcony for the next person to use. Weather was very windy so we weren't able to fish much. Location is perfect.

My family and I rented Portside Villas for our spring break this year. I can't say enough about what an excellent location this is! I am not one for high rise condos. This has immediate access to the beach, with it's singing white sand. It is very close to Fort Pickens which was great for morning runs. The condo is spotless and has plenty of space for the 5 of us. We were treated with several amazing sunsets in addition to being able to watch dolphins from the beach, with beach chairs and umbrellas available. Loved it!

We loved our stay in Pensacola Beach! Thank you for sharing your lovely townhome. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and a perfect location close to the beach. We enjoyed evenings on the patio and my kids loved the pool after a long day relaxing on the beach. We can't wait to visit again next year. Thank you for everything!

We loved this house, so close to the beach and the nice white soft Pensacola sand! We had perfect weather and the kids were in the water for hours! There were plenty of beach chairs and sand buckets, but no beach towels. But one phone call to the manager, and 6 new beach towels were dropped off! The house was clean and beautiful throughout, we would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at this unit and some of the other condos here for almost 30 years. It never disappoints!
