INSIDE THE HOUSE
The main house has presents a light-filled, beach-worthy living space with stained concrete floors, plush furnishings, white walls and natural wood ceilings for instant calm. Open the windows and let in the sea air. The Gulf is just a block away, and although there’s no direct boardwalk access, unfortunately, it’s easy to get there: hop in the car and drive a quick 2 minutes to the beaches.
Three bedrooms in the main house include 2 king-sized bedrooms (including a master suite with a full bathroom that includes a walk-in shower) and one bunkroom for the kids with 2 full beds.
The 4th bedroom, in the separate carriage house, also boasts a king-sized bed in addition to its separate living area, bath with tub/shower combo, kitchen and dining areas. Give this coveted space to the grandparents, or take it for yourself to escape the wild bunch you brought with you!
When it’s time for dinner, take your pick of eating places: there’s an 8-person table between the open kitchen and living room, and a picnic table and lots of chairs outside on the cheery back patio. Cooking for everyone is never easier, thanks to a fully equipped kitchen with lots of elbowroom and a charcoal BBQ grill outside!
Village Walk is an ideally located gated community just 5 minutes from fishing piers, delicious restaurants, golf, shopping and more, not to mention 2 minutes from the beach. Our unit, #8, has a great location within Village Walk, a quick sidewalk stroll from one of the 2 gorgeous swimming pools.
Parking passes for 3 vehicles are provided, The vehicles must be parked at the home, two parking spaces in the driveway and one parking space available in the garage. If you plan to rent a golf cart during your stay, that will count as one of your three vehicles. We will provide three parking passes. Parking Passes must be visible and in the vehicle for the duration of your stay. Additional vehicles or vehicles parked on the streets are subject to being towing.
