Nice spot for getting the bus into Vail or if you are driving east (Breckenridge, A Basin, Keystone) or west (Beaver Creek). Condo is indeed comfortable and fairly well-equipped. Bedroom could use a lamp with an outlet on it (like hotels) as the wall outlets spacing is sparse and inconvenient. For a real perk - as you get in the shower, pop your towel into the dryer that's right in the bathroom and you get a toasty treat when your ready to dry off!!!

Excellent condo, would stay here again!

It is always great to stay in east vail run by Gore creek properties. The units are well equipped and comfortable to relax after a day of skiing. The market is very convenient, and the bus into vail village is great easy access every 15 min.

Enjoyable stay in a comfortable condo. The only downsides were the lack of a range of pots for cooking. One had the handle broken off! Some of the pots/pans were not very clean on arrival. Crockery needs replacing and not enough knives. A number of the TV channels were not available including basic news channels!

This condo was just perfect. There was no need to drive once we parked the car. The on site market and free bus made our stay super easy. The hot tub was nice and hot and the management company was extremely helpful and friendly.

We rented this condo for 7 nights and were very comfortable here. The place was very clean and cozy, andthe kitchen was well stocked for preparing our meals. The shuttle bus stop was right outside and very convenient and easy for getting to the ski areas or out in the evenings. The on site store was a bonus, we used it for all of our groceries, beer, wine and snacks.. Overall a great place to stay.

Everything was fantastic. The condo was clean and cozy. It had everything we needed for our stay and then some. Every one we spoke with from Gore Creek Properties was super nice and helpful. The condo was really close to the bus stop so traveling between towns and shops is a breeze. Overall it was a great and memorable experience!

It was ok. The condo interior was very nice and the location was easy to get around town.

We loved the location, kitchen and living space of this unit. We were disappointed that the bench by the creek was not of the two reasons we picked this rental. The other disappointment was the creek was not running..found out from a neighbor it was damned so repairs could be done.

Rented condo via 3rd party. Rented Pitkin Creek condo 5X. Worst rental ever. Hard to describe how bad. Wasn't clean, bed was in loft on 2nd floor. Ceiling in loft was not high enough to stand, no railing in loft at end of bed so you could fall, stairs to loft were more like a ladder (steep), heating system could not be adjusted, TV / cable had minimal channels... Bottom line, you should never rent this condo. I visited the local office and was assign condo 2B or 2C, can't remember. It was $50 more a night, but a significantly better. Everything in 2B or 2C was excellent. The remainder of this survey will be based on 2B or 2C, not 5X.

lots of snow. Area kept clear. Easy access to East Vail bus. Small, clean condo with kitchen.Only complaint is the bathroom has a utility closet which seems to be connected to the outdoors. The tile floor is very cold as is the Bathroom.

The bus stop for transportation to vail village was so key. Loved the convenience of Pitkin Creek. Beautiful condo and a fun time!

This is a nice unit overall. It could use a few updates (paint, repair of window cranks, more comfortable sofa bed and new mattress in bedroom). There is noticeable noise from I70 in the bedroom which takes some getting used to. Otherwise, it was nice having some of the basics-- laundry room, condiments, etc. Staff was very pleasant and great location for the East Vail bus stop (Pitkin Creek).

One challenge with going to a place like Vail for the first time, it is so big it is very challenging picking a place to stay! We ended up in the Pitkin Creek Condos and we very pleased to find the free Vail Shuttle bus stopped right there, so getting to the main village for ski rentals, skiing, and dinner was very easy. The trip might have been 10 minutes right to the main village. Big plus! The condo we were in was well set-up and nicely decorated / comfortable. Our first night, we picked up some food from the market on site. We did have to use the oven to cook part of the meal but were challenged turning off the oven's heating element when finished. We ended up resorting to contacting the emerg telephone number and were guided to turn off the breaker, and the issue was cleared up the next morning while we were out skiing. We went to do laundry that next night and i found damp towels in the dryer that had been there a few days. I included those towels with our washing, and once everything had been through a normal dryer cycle, we found the clothes and towels still wet. We took out the towels and hung them to dry and tried just the clothes we needed the next day in a different cycle. Still wet. We ended up having to hang everything to dry. We did bring this to the attention of the property manager but got no response over the remainder of our stay. In sum, great location, comfortable stay, clean, but appliances might not work and onsite management might not be responsive.

We had a very good stay in the property.
We like the location

Location was great. Right near the bus stop. Management was very accommodating. Place was very nice and we had great snow. My only complaint is that we rented this place due to it being listed as no pets because I have bad allergies. We arrived to find dog hair all over the carpet and a large dog bed in the closet. Management offered to move us immediately and sent house keeping over to clean up further and remove the dog bed. Just disappointed with the listing. Don't say no pets if you yourself as the owner have pets.

When we arrived, we thought the condo was very cute. The kitchen was updated and living room was comfortable and cozy. The home did need brighter lighting especially in the bathroom and bedroom. Girls really do need the bright lights for hair and make-up! The condo was a very short walking distance to the bus stop! That was so convienent.

The unit was very comfortable, my only recommendation would be that the bedroom be improved to the extent that it can be since it is so small. For instance, the pillows are junk, they should be replaced. The closet space is ample but not organized very well. A new pillow top mattress would be nice. I think it is a bit misleading to say that it sleeps 4 people because you really can't sleep two people on the pull-out couch comfortably. You can only get two showers at a time before the water goes cold as well, not an easy fix I know but wanted to point it out. Other than that, the place was perfect.

GREAT LOCATION AND GREAT CONDO!!! Our only complaint is the bed. It is a queen size bed in a king size frame. The king frame is too big for the room and you have to climb over the excess frame every time you get in and out of bed. And the bed is way too hard. Other than this, the condo is great!
