Welcome to Pirates Den, an awesome pirate-themed vacation rental with a private hot tub and access to the incredible Shores Resort amenities, including a 2.5-acre lagoon!

While you might find yourself playing at the resort and lagoon all day, you will also adore this Pirate-themed home so much! Spacious, new, and beautiful, there are 2 living spaces outside, one including a private hot tub. The 2nd-floor deck has a fire table, comfy cushioned patio furniture, and a TV to enjoy as you soak in the hot tub. Two inflatable paddle boards, family fun games, and a Pac-Man arcade game add to the awesome rental. It even has an electric car charger in the garage. Just outside is a grill and patio table for even more dining options to enjoy.
Upstairs you will find a kid's dream come true in the loft with bunk beds, an X-box, and toys and games! The captain quarters bunk room for more fun, a relaxing bedroom with a queen suite where the mermaids hang out, and another king bedroom suite. The second-story deck has lots of room and patio furniture for soaking up some rays or enjoying at night with the fire table going.
Desert Color is St George's newest development off of I-15 and exit 2. The development has an amazing resort area with a swimming pool/hot tub that is now open and an incredible 2.5-acre lagoon where you can kayak, paddleboard, swim, or play on the sandy beaches. Walking/biking trails are already completed and ready for your use. This unit is close to St. George, the airport, Sand Hollow Reservoir, hiking and biking trails, and ATV riding! The Shores Resort pool has just opened!

Once you’ve enjoyed all that this rental has to offer, you will find yourself just steps away from the gorgeous Shores Resort and its community pool and lagoon! With roughly 2.5-acres of surface area and white sand beaches, the Shores Resort lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon will be the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Resort pools, beaches, nightly rentals, and homes surrounding the lagoon offer a lifestyle of relaxation and recreation. Come visit the amazing Desert Color community today!
Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.
Additionally, while staying in this property as our Vacation Rentals guest, take advantage of our local business discounts for places such as Tuacahn Amphitheater, Pizza Factory, Sand Hollow Golf, and more!
We would like to advise you that during this time, the Desert Color Community is experiencing ongoing construction in close proximity to your vacation rental. While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests to only use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity.
