Laguna Village is a Relaxed Waterfront Fishing Community featuring beautiful views, breathtaking sunrises, and gorgeous sunsets. All of this just 10 minutes from the Gulf & North Padre Island. This stilted fishing and family cabin style neighborhood is one of few communities in all of North Padre and Port Aransas that is located directly on the water and comes with private boat slips, community pool & a communal dock, all included with your stay. Come make this your next vacation destination!
Sit on your covered porch, watch the sunrise and relax, or plan your day full of Coastal fun. You can fish, swim in your community pool, jet ski, wind surf... so many possibilities right outside your front door. This 3 bedroom 3 bath is spacious and has wonderful views from the deck of the home. A wall of windows brings the outdoors right into your open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen. Vaulted ceilings installed with tongue and grooved ship-lap, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, & nautical pine flooring add to that coastal living experience. The master bedroom has a King bed, the second room also has a King. The third bedroom is a bunk style room with 2 sets of full size bunk beds.. After a long day of fishing stop by Gully's bar located right next door for a cool drink and a game of pool.
