The large home's open floor plan is made up of a formal living room, kitchen, and dining area. The formal living room has plenty of seating arranged in front of the lanai. Sink into the plush couch and unwind with loved ones over a good conversation and a fruity beverage. A half bathroom can also be accessed here.
Across the room is a gourmet kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite counter tops. There is plenty of space for a chef to whip up appetizing snacks and meals in here. Two built-in breakfast bars offer seating for seven. Call everyone to dinner at the dining table with seating for eight to eat a home cooked meal together. You may leave the lanai doors open to let in a coastal breeze while you dine.
A media room is off to the side. This room has a comfortable sofa sleeper for additional space and a flat screen TV. A DVD player, stereo, WIFI, washer/dryer, and central air conditioning are provided to ensure you are comfortable during your stay.
The backyard will truly put you in paradise. A BBQ and family size teak table with buffet side board is assembled for an alfresco dining experience. Grill up something tasty and then dine and drink while you watch the sunset over the tropical landscaping. The other end of the yard has an endless pool and outdoor shower. Splash and play in the pool while soaking up the Hawaiian sun.
When you are ready to get some rest, there are four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a luxurious California King-sized bed, a Twin-sized day bed, ceiling fan, and doors to a private lanai. This lanai has patio seating overlooking a partial ocean view. There is a master bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, shower, and dual sinks. The second bedroom is furnished with a King-sized bed, ceiling fan, and doors leading out to the pool. An attached bathroom similarly has a soaker tub, shower, and dual sinks. The third bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, ceiling fan, and doors to a small lanai. The attached bathroom has a standalone shower. The last bedroom is perfect if you are traveling with any kids, as it has two Twin-sized beds and a ceiling fan. This bathroom also has a standalone shower.
Please note: Minimum 7-night stay is required for Thanksgiving and the Christmas/New Year's period. The Ironman 70.3, formerly known as the Honu Triathlon, and the Lavaman Triathlon, have a 7-night stay requirement as well.
This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
