“License to Chill” is the perfect destination for your vacation at the Sandestin Resort. The condo is an easy tram ride (FREE!) to the beach access point which is roughly 2.5 miles away on the South side of the resort. Pilot House 231 is situated in the heart of Baytowne Wharf where you’ll have close access to events and activities for the family or nightlife for the adult getaway or even walk to your Conference at the Baytowne Wharf Conference Center! This cozy one-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is an ideal getaway for up to 4 guests. The master bedroom offers you privacy as it is closed off from the living room. It has a King size bed, a flat screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom, with its own toilet room and bathtub/shower condo. The living room has a Queen sleeper sofa that can accommodate 2 additional guests for your convenience! There is also a guest bathroom with a walk-in shower.
There is tile flooring throughout the entire condo. The kitchen features granite countertops with a breakfast bar. Whether you decide to dine in or take out, the kitchen and dining area provide all basic supplies your family should need to make a meal indoors. You’ll see beautiful views of the greenery outside from your living room and you’ll also find two comfy couches and a large flat screen TV. Drink in the views with your morning coffee from the patio, which can be accessed from the living room. You also have your own washer/dryer in the unit and free Gibson activities! You’ll love every minute spent here at Pilot House 231!
