ALL UNITS ARE LOCATED ON THE 2ND AND 3RD FLOOR
Per HOA: Before traveling to Port Aransas/Beachhead Condos, please plan the correct number of vehicles you drive in accordance to the rules below. Properly planning the correct number of vehicles prior to your departure will enhance your vacation experience:
Beachhead Condos allows parking for 2 vehicles maximum. Golf carts do count as vehicles. Violators will be towed by the HOA
This unit is located on the 3rd floor
Full remodel January 2020! From your private 308 balcony you can view rolling untouched dunes, many types of birds, waves rolling in, kites flying, and ships passing in the distance. Take a seat and get your favorite drink and your binoculars because this is the place to be. But you don’t just get this view from the balcony. Oh no…you get it from the living room, dining room, kitchen, and the master bedroom. Yes, you can eat, cook, lounge inside and wake up to this view. So enjoy this with family, friends, or all by yourself. On the flip side - While you stay in 308 basking in your private oasis and realizing there is nothing between your private balcony and the water but the private boardwalk…don’t forget the amenities this wonderful Beachhead has to offer. A playground to swing and play on (regardless of your age), picnic tables, grills, a heated pool (with a view of the dunes and ocean, of course). You can also walk and bike to get coffee, lunch or dinner because you are in the heart of Port Aransas. Beachhead is where it’s at, but 308 is the diamond in this community. We can’t wait to have you here with us!
