A desk and adjustable chair provide a comfortable work space so you can keep in touch via WiFi, which is provided.There is cushioned seating for six at the dining table and three comfortable chairs at the adjacent kitchen counter. It has a fully equipped updated kitchen, with granite countertops and new appliances for your cooking enjoyment.The Master Bedroom features a king bed, good reading lights and a 42 inch flat screen TV. You can also enjoy its private north-facing balcony. There is a walk-in closet and an updated ensuite bathroom. This master bath has a walk in shower, grab bars and raised toilet.Bedroom 2 has a twin size and a full size bed to sleep three. A 48 inchTV with DVD player is ready for watching or gaming.Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and flat screen TV.The second bathroom has a raised toilet and a tub/shower combination with grab bars.The lovely condo features a warm and inviting color scheme with beautiful art throughout. It features a new washer and dryer, air conditioning, ceiling fans and high speed internet.Condo amenities include an indoor racquetball court, fitness room, game room, sauna, lighted tennis courts, hot tubs, heated outdoor pool and an indoor pool on property.*Please note: Phoenix I has a solar-heated outdoor pool, during the months of October through March, which allows comfortable year-round swimming.
