Welcome to Phoenix East Unit 2002, a beautifully renovated one-bedroom, one-bath condo that comfortably sleeps up to six guests. This stunning coastal retreat features a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a set of bunk beds in the living area, and a queen-size sofa sleeper, making it perfect for families or small groups. Completely redesigned with upscale designer décor, this condo offers the perfect blend of elegant coastal style without feeling overly beachy.

New flooring, stylish furnishings, updated lighting, cozy area rugs, and modern ceiling fans create a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the condo. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living and dining areas allow natural light to pour in while showcasing breathtaking views of the pool and beach, while elegant drapes provide privacy whenever desired. Step outside through the sliding glass doors onto the oversized patio, where you’ll find a round table with four chairs and a chaise lounge, the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a day in the sun.

The beautifully updated kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, an inset sink, and a breakfast bar with two barstools for additional seating. Just off the kitchen, the dining area is highlighted by a gorgeous chandelier hanging above a round dining table with seating for four. A large flat-screen TV is mounted in both the living room and bedroom for your entertainment and comfort.

The bathroom includes a granite countertop, single vanity, and tub/shower combination, while the full-size washer and dryer provide added convenience during your stay.
