This spacious home has two levels, five bedrooms and five bathrooms, allowing lots of space to spread out! Inside you’ll find polished wood floors in the kitchen, living and dining areas! The living area features a 60" Flat screen TV and DVD player surrounded by plenty of comfortable seating. The spacious fully equipped kitchen is ready for quick meals or elaborate dinner parties and comes complete with granite counter tops and warm wood cabinets. There is a casual dining area for 5 plus a breakfast bar with bar stools for additional seating. Step outside through French doors to the large lanai area, perfect for entertaining, complete with a gas BBQ grill, dining table and seating for 6 plus sun-loungers, ideal for soaking up the Sunshine. The large swimming pool is the perfect place to cool off after enjoying the Florida sun! The first floor has a separate bathroom, a laundry area with a stackable washer/dryer and one of the bedrooms.
