The house was amazing, it could use a newer stove the burners are all jacked up. I rated a 4 on cleanliness because we found cheerios and we didn't bring any.

When I got to the home at 3:00 the A/C was off and would not come on. I called Turnkey and was told a local team member would contact me. I received a text stating there were fans in the closets! I called back numerous times and was given conflicting stories- once I was told there was a part on order from the warranty company, later I was told the A/C unit was going to have to be replaced. This was all proof that Turnkey knew if the issue prior to renting to me - a repairman never came while I was there! After 2 days of me calling them they sent me an email with a relocation offer (at 10:32pm). The relocation option stated the home came with bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. so I accepted. Packed all my stuff the next morning and moved into the other house that wasn’t in as great of a location! It was much further from the beach. The storage room where I assume the bikes and beach gear was kept was locked. I called to ask how we’d get in and was told to wait for a local team member to reach out. Local member called an hour later saying the bikes and beach gear were for the owners and that she would give me $100 to go purchase beach supplies. Beach chairs and umbrellas were more than $100!! I asked for a discount since we were in a home for 2 nights without A/C and they said no because the house I’m in now is an upgrade which it is not!! I’m on a beach vacation and am further from the beach and am 30 minutes from the area (Fort Morgan) I want to be in!! This is no upgrade! They also texted at 2:12 am stating I got the new house for 3 nights...this option came available at 10:32pm! I was not going to pack all my stuff up, wake my kids up and move 30 minutes away, then unpack at that time of night! Turnkey is the WORST company I have ever dealt with and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone! Also, I received a text from Turnkey to rate the cleanliness of the unit and the review they put on their website by my name

Day 1 from check in , the A/C had problems everyday, stayed at 78-79 degrees throughout the entire trip, the AC technician had to come out twice, the second time he said there are so many problems he can’t fix everything, not to mention, it’s not steps to the beach, it’s a very long walk , DO NOT RENT, I’m in dispute now, with them trying to get a refund, because of the hot condo the entire trip, it looks like I’m gonna have to dispute my Amax card just to get some of this problems and items resolved, they did not fix the problem I feel like once they get your money they do not care i’m in dispute now, with them trying to get a refund, because of the hot condo the entire trip, it looks like I’m gonna have to dispute my Amax card just to get some of this problems and items resolved, they did not fix the problem I feel like once they get your money they do not care , Be very Careful about this place., Not to mention bed sheets were dirty, and there is previous sand all over the floor from previous tenants
