The place was beautiful and very clean....Loved having the washer/dryer and was a great place for the family. Good things.Lots of beds..nice cool a/c.lots of towels, sheets, etc.Downsides.Beds was very squeaky..Worms in downstairs bathroom..parking was horrible, need a guardrail and additional parking...

The overall experience was good until we were charged for a bed that was already broken upon arrival. It took 2 days to fix and put one of our parents on the floor to sleep for 2 nights. Not to mention that the pool was not ready and we needed multiple light bulbs, a shower handle fixed and had to pull hair out of a shower drain(a 75 year old woman did that). However, besides a few inconveniences, we had plenty of room and a great location. I will recommend if we can sort out the incidentals.

My church youth group , came there for 3 nights , it was an exceptional stay . The pictures on the website doesnt give it justice. It was so huge and roomy.

We had a great time. Plenty of room for all 10 of us! It was off the main road so it was very peaceful and yet still close to all the attractions. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a Christian ladies retreat in this cabin with ladies from our church. We all live and attend church in this area but we know that there is no better place to get close to God than these mountains! Every reservationist I spoke with was very helpful every time I called in. When we arrived, the cabin was so clean!! It is beautifully decorated!! I was on cloud 9! We had an amazing time getting closer with each other and closer to the Lord. We never had one problem and couldn't be happier with our stay!! We will use Eden Crest next year for our retreat and will definitely stay in Walnut Grove!

A Men's group from my church had a retreat and we stayed here for the 2nd time. Just like the first time in 2014, we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The place is very well kept and clean. I would recommend this to anyone! Good job!

This was an absolutely beautiful property in a great area. I enjoyed it tremendously. My group and I of 20 youth of my church will definitely be back.

Everyone was helpful from top to finish. The cabin surpassed our expectation.

Overall the stay was good. With the exception couldn't get in to the activity center and when called number could not get nobody to assist with getting a code. The people in the cabin next door had 8 cars which blocked the road.the 2 rvs downstairs xould not get more than one channel. Open a set of sheets from the closet that were dirty.overall cleanliness of cabin was good but need to do detail cleaning of furniture dusty.

The location was perfect. Parking was adequate. Had enough room for our group and kitchen items were helpful for cooking. We did find the following things that you may want to address: UNIT 1: hide-a-bed next to porch will not open up,could not get flood lights outside to come on, fireplace main floor bedroom with table in it would not work, Bed on main floor with that has 2 full beds one nearest window sinks down corner near top corner-we did have ?bear knock over trash can early Sunday AM. Unit 2- wind blew over sign post Sunday AM, also could use bigger trash cans for both units. Unit 2 only had 1 trash can. Basement floors in both units could use some new linoleum as well.

House was very nice, and very clean upon arrival. Be ready to run and disarm the alarm, because it is loud!<br/><br/>Our biggest gripe was the lack of recycling containers or collection area. This day in age, its pretty sad when places do not recycle.

it was nice and short stay. we enjoyed stay. close to gatlinburg (10 miles)

For the past several years our church has used Eden Crest rentals and were satisfied, however we rented Holly Grove, Walnut Grove, and Oak Tree and were not pleased. The cabins weren't as clean as previous, there were cracks along the floors of downstairs & kitchen, light fixtures were hanging by wires, carpet looks like it needs a good steam clean or changing, none of the bunk beds where made like in other cabins. The space was good especially in Oak tree. We also had to put multiple work orders in for showers that werent working as well as drains. We put in work order for the gas for our grill Friday evening and was told that we would could get it in the morning and it didn't come to late afternoon even after calling about it that morning again. Overall the space was great however it definitely needs some renovations. The Customer service was nice each time we called. I would recommend this place if your only if you dont have a full house that plans on staying in most of the time.

We loved the actual chalet. The ping pong table at the swimming pool area was broken while we were there, so did not get to use that. Also would have like to have more lights available around the swimming pool area. The onsite management took very good care of us. Was a little let down that some of the grounds were in disarray and that there was a charge on the amenities.

I live in the Knoxville area. My son was getting married and I had family coming in from out of state to attend the wedding in Gatlinburg TN. <br/>This cabin was spacious, clean and had all the amenities needed for our family. It was a close walk to the pool.

Great and productive weekend business trip. The cabins rented absolutely met our group's needs.

Having stayed at this location before we essentially knew what to expect… Been looking at the floor plan we expected it one more private room than what was available at this specific building. We had a portion of our group not able to come so we ended up having plenty of space. But, we anticipated having the three private rooms listed on the floorplan. All in all weekend stay was great this is just a suggestion for the future.

I enjoyed our stay over the holidays in the cabin. With 13 people, we had plenty of room. The cabin was comfortable and clean.

The cabin was perfect for our group of 20 men. A little worn but overall a great value. We are planning to come back next year.

I brought a group of 20 people to a youth conference in Gatlinburg and this worked perfect. There were enough beds and linens for everyone, plus a few rooms for my adults to have some privacy. Eden Crest was extremely helpful in the booking of the cabin and they made sure everything was in good shape prior to our arrival.

Students to a Conference Strength To Stand....We really enjoyed the cabin and was made to feel welcomed by all we contacted in office.

This will make the 3rd year staying with this company for both Rod Runs each year and I don't plan on changing anytime soon. Great cabin plenty of space. WiFi messed up on us the first night we arrived figured oh well. Without us contacting them, they sent Tim one of the maintenance employee's out to fix it. Tim was a great guy. Laughed and talked with us like he'd know us his whole life definitely felt like a home away from home. Will for sure be returning to this company again next rod run!

We had a large group and the property worked well for us. Layout inside was good, parking was not really meant for buses. The property is showing signs of neglect and seems to be in transition (currently bank owned?) so no one is really caring for the details. Smokey mountain Christian village as a business doesn't seem to exist anymore. We never met any management at the property. Overall our experience was good, but be aware of the changes going on.

Staff was great. Being a handicap cabin it should have a halfbed without the top bunk. The sunroom would have been an idea for such bed.Comode in bathroom is to low. Shower floor was slippery could use a good mat and also one in the front of shower. <br/>My family enjoyed their stay even our youngest. We have already told others how nice it was. They loved the upsidedown house, SweetFrogs, and the store next door that had shirts. I'm not complaing just mom is handicap and this was the things that she had problems with and thought it would make it safer.<br/>God's Blessings!<br/>

We took a group of 10 Beta Club students to Leadership Summit in Gatlinburg. We wanted to stay in Pigeon Forge and were familiar with this property. It is as good as advertised. Neat, clean, plenty of room, everything we needed. We will definitely return!

We were on a high school field trip with 16 kids (10 girls and 6 boys) and 2 chaperones. This cabin was perfect for our needs. The space down stairs easily handled all the girls and could have handled another 4-6 if we had more that went. The space up stairs could have handled another 2 guys. Plenty of space for everyone to "play around." There was also plenty of TV's so everyone could watch what they wanted to. There was not a lot of cups, so I would recommend you bringing plastic cups with you. Plenty of plates and silverware though.

We came here for the weekend with 12 cheerleaders and they loved this place. It was exactly as described. I would recommend bringing some bigger pots and pans if you plan to cook for a group. Also the knives were very dull. The place was very clean and the bed was SO comfortable!! The only disappointment was that the pool was to cold to swim in after I specifically asked if it would warm. Other than that it was a great experience.

We brought a church group of 18 people (teenagers and adults) to the area for a youth conference and stayed at Walnut Grove#2. It was perfect for us! Plenty of room to split up the teens with boys upstairs and girls downstairs, and enough bathrooms and hot water for all of us.

We had an awesome time during our stay May 36 thru Msy 29. 2017.<br/>Beautiful Chalet, clean, nice pictures on the walls. The children enjoyed swimming, Speedway activities/rides, sight-seeing.<br/>Had enough room for eveyone.

This place was literally the most comfortable, well-stocked, and clean place I have stayed. It had more than enough space for 27 people, with only two beds being shared. We didnt even use the pull out couches. Great place and experience!

We brought in a large group on 27 kids and adults for a conference in May. It was a great experience. The customer service was excellent. We were locked out of our room due to an incorrect code we had been given, and a quick call to maintenance had us in our room within 2 minutes. We also had a broken bunk bed situation, and by the time we returned to the room that night it had been fixed. There was ample space for our whole group, lots of bunk beds for the kids. We will be sure to stay at this again. The pool was indoor and warm enough for the kids to swim on a cool day. The games downstairs were a nice touch. We loved it!

We had an enjoyable stay and good time as always. This is the 3rd year we've stayed at this property.

Very nice place to stay....comfy and cozy. We bookedw/Eden Crest because this house was wheelchair accessible; however, the shower is not totally accessible. Some of the cookware needs to be replaced. A measuring cup would be a nice addition and one of the pots had a thick layer of burnt material in the bottom but with a lot of soaking and scrubbing, it finally came clean. A check over the pots/pans by the cleaning staff is advised. The beds were comfy but pillows were a bit flat. Overall we were totally satisfied with our stay at this house and would book with Eden Crest again.

We enjoyed the roomy cabin. Plenty of room to move around in when it rained. And having 7 children under 5 that is saying something! The 13 adults enjoyed the large table to play games on.

Walnut Grove cabin was good and very clean.We enjoyed with our friends and everyone liked the cabin stay.This was our second stay in Eden crest rental.We will consider Eden crest for next vacation also.

We had a great time. The cabin was beautiful. I am a little disappointed that I didn't receive a reasponse to an email I sent asking about the welcome packet I was suppose to have received and whether or not there was a WiFi password though.

When you first look at the place, you think how can all my crew fit,in that house. But looks are deceiving. The house had more room than was needed and we were all comfortable with room to spare.

We enjoyed our stay at Walnut Grove #2 . The facility was clean. We had plenty of things to do at the cabin.The kids enjoyed the baseball field, basketball court and the swimming pool. it was a great price for a large group.

Plenty of room for our Men's church group. We have stayed in this same unit 4 times. We like the property but the furniture could use some updating. The couches,love seats, etc are kind of worn. Also more parking space would be ideal as we travel in multiple cars within our group. Other than that great place!

Such a beautiful house with full of amenities

The cabin was perfect for a family reunion. It had everything we could need.

We have used Eden Crest for several years. They are great to work with. However, the property of Chalet 1 and Chalet 2 (Holly Grove 1 and Walnut Grove 2) are deteriorating. We have stayed in these two houses for the past 6 years. It was once owned by another company. Our first few years were great. But the last couple of years we have noticed a decline in the homes. Chalet two has a very noticeable foundation issue. Two of the toilets were broken upon arrival. The downstairs heat ran nonstop one night and it was only set on 67 with the fan on Auto. Not enough sheets for the beds, but we did have plenty of blankets.The home was not well cleaned. It had a basic wipe down. Upon entry we cleaned the home and found lots of dust on the hand rails and other areas. Though we love working with Eden Crest. This home needs a lot of upgrades ASAP!

We brought a group of 25 people and it fit us comfortably. The property is conveniently located near Dollywood, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The staff was very helpful and replied promptly when we reported an issue. We definitely plan on staying again with Eden Crest.
