Enjoy having the fishing pier, beach, and restaurants all within a 1-mile radius.
Kick back on the plush furnishings in the sunny living area. A 45” flat-screen TV sets the scene for movie nights.
KITCHEN & DINING
Create delectable dishes in the well-equipped kitchen, appointed with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and ample counter space.
Keep the chef company at the four-person kitchen bar. When meals are ready, gather at the six-person table.
BED & BATH
This two-story home sleeps up to eight guests in three bedrooms.
Find comfort in the master suite, which provides a queen-size bed, 32” flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom is fitted with a twin-over-queen bunk bed, a twin-size bed, and a 32” flat-screen TV. An en-suite half bath provides added convenience.
Sleep soundly in the third bedroom, which offers a queen-size bed, a TV, and private deck access. The guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Find multiple areas on the upper deck and covered patio to sit, play games, read a book, or simply enjoy the fresh breeze.
Make use of the gas grill and host an afternoon cookout. Three tables seat 14 to alfresco meals.
Enjoy prime fishing from the canal-front dock. A sink allows for easy cleaning of your catch.
