We had a lovely experience at this condo. The location is right across the beach with a minimal walk. In front there is a trail most of the length of the island for walking or morning jog. The property was clean and every thing we needed was there. However,the main deck door does stick and could be difficult to open but we did anyway as the view from the front is great.

We visit Navarre every spring in search of sun, waves and time with family. Pelican Point was a nice little place to have as a “home base” for our family of 4 while experiencing both the beach (5 minute walk) and the Santa Rosa sound (10 minute walk). Pelican Point has a well equipped kitchen (fyi-small coffee maker), comfortable furniture and beds. The living room and master bedroom both have nice little balconies with ocean views (across street), and back deck (just outside the kitchen/dining area) are all great peaceful places to enjoy a morning coffee and book. We really enjoyed using the bikes to get to the pier and nearby shops. Even though there wasn’t a usable beach umbrella, there were plenty of beach chairs provided. The property manager was available when needed, very kind and easy to work with especially with checking in, accessing the door code and check out. We will add Pelican Point to our long list of great Navarre properties to frequent in the future! ����

We loved it! We had a great relaxing week. The beach was beautiful. There are lots of things to do in the area. Check out East Bay Crab House, the best seafood ever! The townhome had everything you could possibly need from the kitchen to the beach items. The view from the ocean side and the Bay side was great. We will be back!

The only negative feedback is that the doors to the balconies were difficult to open and close. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

A pet friendly neighborhood. We especially enjoyed the golf cart, paddleboard,and kayak rentals.

House was wonderful! Everything we needed was there!

The first day we had a little hick up. Diana called us about 330pm and said the air conditioner in the unit we rented for 8 days was not working. (the pelican Nest) she said she could put us in the one next to it which was nice also. When we got there everything was great. The air worked:) And we did not have to move the entire trip. It was like an upgrade. We accidentally locked our key in a few days later. She had no problems coming and unlocking it for us. The place was nice, quiet, and really close to the beach. Just a walk and there u were. You can see the gulf from the townhouse and feel those trade winds through the windows. If you like pizza Hungry Howies delivers and they are good! This was also pet friendly. My dog loved it also. We were very happy with our stay and will use them again in the future. I will also recommend all our friends and family use them too.

This was an awesome place to visit! The condo was nice and clean, and a very nice close walk to the beach. A very nice island to visit!

Property was nice but the house was dated. The master bedroom was the hottest room of the house, I stayed here during the winter. I had to keep the rest of the House super cold just to be comfortable in the master bedroom. The property management company was at the location everyday, they have 3 other houses there. However only one of them was vacant, this was really weird. Ended up finding a different place to stay for the remainder of my trip

This condo was just as described. It was well furnished and we really enjoyed our stay! Nice water feature and deck at the back of the unto. Great front deck facing the beach. Our dogs loved lying on the deck watching the walkers, runners and cars! we really enjoyed the deck also. The owner was very nice and very responsive when I had S couple of questions before the trip. She offered to help us with places to eat and things to do! Would definitely rent again. This was one of the cleanest places we have stayed at the beach!

I was pleased with the vacation rental. I was glad there was a window unit for the upstairs since the upstairs was about 7 degrees warmer.

The location is perfect . . . right across the street from public beach access to the Gulf of Mexico. The sound is a short walk to the north. We did not go to the Sound. It is 1 mile to the nearest snow cone stand / gift shop and another mile to the nearest convenience store . . . restaurant. The location is quiet. The house is very comfortable but a little dated. The salt air creates havoc on the outside condition. The inside of the dishwasher racks could be replaced. The other units on each side have outside updates . . . upstairs & downstairs decks. These improvements would be nice. The living and master bed room is very big and well furnished. There is a variety of beach equipment to use & very nice beach chairs. It was an amazing place for the price. Thank you.

Clean, practical & roomy. One can still see & hear the ocean from the front decks and see the sound from the back deck. It's a very short walk across the 2 lane street to get to beach. I stayed here last year & will my next trip to gorgeous Navarre Beach.

Rental property was wonderful. Although we didn't spend much time there. So much to do in the area.

Our stay was relaxing the town home was very clean and orderly. A very short walk from the beach and a fantastic view on both sides of the water.
