The Pearl at Desert Shores is the perfect getaway in sunny St. George, UT featuring a 2.5 lagoon to play in, plus your own private hot tub!
**The Shores Resort Lagoon and beaches will be closed for extended maintenance and repairs 9/5/2023-11/30/2023. The Shores Resort Pool and hot tub will remain open and heated, as well as NoMad’s pool deck cafe. Due to this closure, nightly rates have been reduced 20% (reflected in the current pricing) and resort fees have been reduced by 65%. Feel free to contact us for more information if your stay falls within these dates.**

The Pearl at Desert Shores is in the Desert Color community in St George, Utah. The development has an amazing resort area with a swimming pool/hot tub and an incredible 2.5-acre lagoon where you can kayak, paddleboard, swim, or play on the sandy beach! Walking/biking trails are already completed and ready for your use. This unit is close to the airport, Sand Hollow Reservoir, hiking and biking trails, and ATV riding!
The Pearl at Desert Shores is a brand new home with 5 bedrooms and 6 baths (each bedroom has its own bath!) 2 family rooms, a large dining table, a fully furnished kitchen, a desk for homework, a private hot tub up on the second-floor deck, and a ping-pong table in the garage! Family fun is what this home is all about. The loft is awesome with 2 arcade games, an air hockey table, and board games for all. Please feel free to bring your gaming stations.
There is an awesome deck upstairs with a fireplace and patio furniture to soak up the sun and view during the day and enjoy the stars at night. There is a TV to enjoy out on the deck, and you can soak in the private hot tub as you do! 2 paddleboards are also available in the rental for guest use, but more can be rented from the Shores Resort!
Once you’ve enjoyed all that this rental has to offer, you will find yourself just steps away from the gorgeous Shores Resort and its community pool and lagoon! With roughly 2.5-acres of surface area and white sand beaches, the Shores Resort lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon will be the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Resort pools, beaches, nightly rentals, and homes surrounding the lagoon offer a lifestyle of relaxation and recreation. Come visit the amazing Desert Color community today!
Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.
