Description
This spacious three bedroom/two bath is in the heart of Foley. It is located in a residential area and is just a short drive from the beaches and walking distance to local parks. Members of the local Caboose Club take their family members on train rides around Foley's Heritage Park, also known as John B. Foley Park, where the museum sits. It's great for families, even has a gazebo! There are so many sites to explore around the foley area, OWA, coffee shops, restaurants and the Foley sports complex. Just a short drive to Tanger outlets and very close to the hospital!
This house has two decks, the first is the front for relaxing and a second one on the back with a refrigerator for the catch of the day. This house has a great grassy fenced in area for your furry best friend.
There is a sun room off of the kitchen that is a bonus air conditioned room for game nights and family dinners. There is plenty of room for a boat or trailer parking. Internet and WIFI are available to connect all your tablets and devices.
Inside, there is a kitchen that is fully stocked to cook a great meal while you're here, along with a dining area and seating at the bar. The cozy living room has a TV and DVD player for watching movies, along with satellite TV. The master bedroom and bath have a king sized bed and TV. Two additional bedrooms and a bathroom provide space for the whole family. The second bedroom has a full bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin mattress on top. All the linens are provided. Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a 60 day (two month) minimum. Reservations that do not meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Vehicle Registration Tags are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting our office directly. 2 cars maximum.
Linens are provided however, please bring your own beach towels
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.
