This peaceful 3BR/2BA West Shore condo is tucked in the pines with views of the lake surrounded by snowcapped mountains. The three-story home features gorgeous vaulted wood ceilings, tall windows, elegant herringbone pattern floors, and an impressive stone fireplace.
Located between Tahoe City and Emerald Bay, the West Shore offers countless nature trails, beaches, state parks, as well as farmer's markets, and amazing restaurants.
Sprawl out on the leather sofas and armchairs in the living room to enjoy a movie on the 36” flat screen TV. Craft a beverage at the wet bar and cozy up to the gas fireplace after an adventure-filled day. Claim a spot in a director's chair and show your skills at the chess table.
KITCHEN & DINING
The well-equipped kitchen overlooks the living room. Enjoy home-cooked meals together at the dining room table set for six.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This condo includes three bedrooms that sleep six total. Two full bathrooms each include plush towels and a complimentary starter supply of toiletries.
Downstairs the master bedroom is outfitted in a king bed and includes an electric fireplace, sitting area, 32” flat screen TV, and en-suite bathroom. The en-suite is complete with a tiled walk-in shower and large closet.
The second bedroom has a king-size bed and closet for storage. Two twin-size beds are found in the third bedroom, as well as a dresser and closet.
Glass doors open to the private balcony complete with a bistro table and four chairs with views of the lake. Fire up the gas grill and relax while you watch the sunset. Enjoy direct lake access via a short lane to your private beach.
Parking is available for two vehicles in the garage and one additional space in the driveway. A washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided.
Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.
The West Shore is the best place to access year-round outdoor activities. Find beautiful state and local parks with hiking, biking, snowshoeing, and XC skiing nearby.
Walk across the street to West Shore Pizza; offering shuffleboard and live music on the weekends. Grab a snack and complimentary s’mores from 4-4:30 PM at the West Shore Cafe, just a 6-minute drive away. For a unique dinner experience, ride a chairlift to the top of Homewood Mountain and dine on exquisite seasonal cuisine.
THE FINE PRINT
Strict ordinances govern Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 6 people and 2 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day (meaning even an afternoon BBQ with too many people is subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise any time of day will result in guest fine up to $2,000 (in addition to fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. If there is a hot tub, no use after 10 PM. This home is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. No smoking is permitted. No pets allowed unless noted in listing. VHR lic. #2504.
All leases require a minimum 31-day term.
