The rental was excellent, equipped with everything you could possibly need for a vacation stay. The arrangements went well and Dan made very easy for us to walk into the unit. I highly recommend the Ledges Resort. <br/>

The Paradise Found condo at the Ledges was perfect for our group of 4 that drove down from Salt Lake for a golf trip. The condo was perfect for our needs with spacious rooms, multiple shaded patios, great kitchen for cooking, and it even had a ping pong table in the garage! The pool and hot tub were large and barely crowded on Memorial day weekend. Dan was also insanely helpful in booking our tee times each day. I would highly recommend the Paradise Found condo.

Thought I reviewed last week? First of all, Dan Dekker is a valuable asset to your organization!<br/>Homes were very nice and clean. Food at Fish Rock Grille was reasonable and really good. <br/>Location is fine- a little bit of a ride to the other golf courses we played, but not an issue.

The place was as described and very comfortable! The beds and space were awesome and plenty of room for our group. (We had 4 and there was room for more.) A separate space was available for another group or kids area. We did some hiking in the area and it was a great space to come back to. We would definitely come again! The only downside was the pickleball court lights cut out at 7pm each night when advertised to be on until 10pm. Super disappointing since that was our plan in the evening and had to share with other vacationers. There was no way to turn the lights back on because they were on an automatic timer and were unable to have anyone get that straightened out. Otherwise working with the property manager was easy and responsive.

It was absolutely wonderful! The kitchen is fully stocked with really top of the line equipment. This is something you don&#x2019;t find often when you are renting. We came to cook and relax and just have fun! The rooms are all<br/>Very comfortable- plenty of room for a large crowd! I will definitely stay here again!

This is my 5th time here. From the 1st to the 5th we've always been super impressed with the accommodations. We also had a little situation, that Dan helped us solve with ease. We had bought a couple that had never visited St. George before....he moved us into a little bit bigger place, so that we could have more space. From setting up tee times and accommodations everything was perfect.....thanks Dan for all your help.

1. Super easy to book. Gave my requirements to Dan, he came back with two condos across the street from each other. Deposit down, final bill a month out, all digital.<br/><br/>2. Several emails periodically before & during with info on shipping golf clubs, activities available at the Ledges, request for restaurant reservations, driving instructions, check in codes. No worries at all before arrival.<br/><br/>3. Door codes worked, units were clean, kitchens well stocked with plates, pots, utensils, etc. Especially coffee, filters, paper towels, and a full selection of spices. I've been to a few rentals elsewhere that didn't even have salt & pepper, which is annoying.<br/><br/>4. Kept informed during the trip with several texts from Ledges HQ; info about the marathon during our stay, phone numbers to call for maintenance, etc.<br/><br/>5. Couple of check out texts at departure, all nice and smooth.<br/><br/>Second time we've stayed here, great place!

Found a great place to stay near St. George for a great family get away. The place allowed all 8 members of our family to stay in one location with a central place to spend time together. It provided great places for walks and swimming. While it was a short distance north of St George business area it was beautiful and quite.

Yep, loved this place! We'll be back for another golf trip!

Our rental property townhome was very nice, modern and well appointed. The 4 bedrooms were perfect for our golf foursome father/son trip. Definitely would stay again.

This condo was amazing. I can't say enough good about this place. It was very clean, in good repair and well equipped. Many condos go cheap on everything, but not this one. The mattresses are great, the pillows are great, the kitchen is stocked with high quality appliances and kitchenware. They thought of everything from cookware to storage to instant pots and rice cookers. Truly a fully stocked kitchen, even some spices in the pantry. The kitchen felt gourmet and was a delight to come down to every morning. The game closet was fully stocked with fun games for the family and the views from the deck were amazing. We love that it was close to the pool, hot tub and pickle ball also! This is definitely one of the best condos we have ever stayed at! You can tell when an owner puts a lot of thought into their condo vs someone just trying to make a buck. The furniture is great quality with comfy couches and plenty of space to hang out in different groups. The natural gas barbeque was high quality and we didn't have to worry about empty propane. The washer and dryer were great so we only had to bring a few days of clothing and were nice high quality. We loved the location because it was far enough out to feel free from the city but still just 10 minutes up the road and also close to so many outdoor areas like Snow Canyon, Gunlock Reservoir, mountain biking trails, Tuacahn and so much more. You will not be disappointed with this one!

Above and beyond in experience . It has all the comfort of a hotel but the luxury of a home. It was super clean lots of extras that I haven't ever had at any vacation home.

Overall we really enjoyed our time at this resort. The condo was very clean and had everything you could have wanted. The beds were all very comfortable which is always a bonus. The location was good- a little bit of a drive to get into the main part of town- but there were trails nearby and Snow Canyon is just a few minutes away. The only drawback to this rental was that one of the bedrooms did not cool down at night even with the AC cooling down the rest of the house. The back bedroom stayed quite warm throughout the day and into the night and our children had a difficult time sleeping because it was so warm. It was unfortunate because we really did love everything else about this house.

This place was paradise! Loved every minute of our stay here. The kitchen was well stocked, and perfect for our party. Everyone loved the accommodations and the whole experience provided!

I brought my whole family for spring break to St. George. We loved every minute staying here at the Ledges. The house was stocked with everything you would ever need. The furniture to the plates are all very high quality. The 4 rooms are very spacious. The house was very clean and organized. The pool and pickle ball court were so fun!!! We also ran along the trail that is next to the highway. We are definitely going to return.

I arrived with very, very High Expectations and Desires wanting a comfortable and Spectacular"home away-from-home experience. The Ledges fulfilled and far exceeded my expectations and vacation desires. The facilities and the setting were perfectly planned, and yielded a wonderful vacation. It was as if the owners had previously met me and come to know my expectations of a luxurious lifestyle filled with all of the amenities of high quality living. If you haven't been, you really should go. I know you will LOVE it.

This house is beautiful. You have 4 large bedroom, full kitchen, every amenity you could need in the home, heated pool, gorgeous view... I can't say enough about this rental.

Our family loved your property! The kitchen has all dishes, untinsels, pans, waffle iron, electric griddle, crock pot, spices, oils - everything! The beds were comfortable. The patio grill was helpful for our bbq. A TV in every room is a great convenience. We enjoyed having an Easter Egg hunt with coin-filled eggs in the pool. We made many happy memories at Paradise Found! We will return!

Great place!

We had a wonderful stay at ledges. Our rental property was new and clean and the staff were more than friendly and helpful. We noticed our rental didn't have a hair dryer so the gentleman that helped us get in to our unit early offered to also run to the store to pick us up a hair dryer. Not only did he return promptly, but was thoughtful enough to buy us some chocolates as a nice gesture. We were all very impressed by the staff and facilities. We would definetly recommend to friends and family.

Great relaxing weekend vacation for the whole family.

Was new and in great location. Was bigger than it looked on the web-page.

It was clean and new. I loved that they had a high chair and plastic cups and plates for the little ones. TV's in every room and games upstairs. Close to the pool and it was clean too!

It exceeded my expectations. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and together time. Very well stocked with everything. Beautiful furnishings and comfortable beds. All ten of us agreed it was the perfect place for our family holiday. We were able to hike, bike, horseback ride, golf play pickle ball and enjoy the pool and hot tub. We enjoyed cooking and eating our meals in.

Excellent. All as described. Its a very new house and housing development. (some houses still under construction) There were a few small electrical issues but management team was very responsive.

The two homes we rented were ideal for our group. All the comforts of home and enjoyed being able to cook breakfast and dinner.

All 12 of us were completely satisfied with this vacation rental. It came stocked with EVERYTHING one would want or need. The finishes of the unit were top notch too. Would highly recommend.

The home was immaculate and beautifully decorated (especially if you like Restoration Hardware.) It is located a few miles out of town, a short drive through the beautiful red rocks of the area.<br/>The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and super organized. We were able to cook several meals. The rest of the home was very comfortable. My children enjoyed the pickle ball courts located a block down the street.<br/>My only suggestion would be some light blocking shades for the master bedroom - there is a street light out the back that shines in the window and traffic coming into the neighborhood flash headlights in as they go round the traffic circle.<br/>Other than that, it was a perfect place to stay.

This was by far the best appropriated vacation home I have ever stayed in. Literally everything that you could possibly think of, well decorated and quality all the way around. The home is spacious and great for a number of guest. The only negative was the distance out of St. George and away from shopping and dinning.
