This place was perfect for the 5 of us. Easily walkable to food/groceries/beach supplies. And the views from the lanai or right at the water's edge were perfect...if you're here looking for whales!

Our family of 3 adult couples enjoyed having room for all of us, including 3 separate bedrooms and 3 beautifully-tiled bathrooms. The unit was clean, spacious, well appointed, and quiet with a nice view over the gardens to the pool and ocean, with good access to the main roads and very helpful staff at the front desk. The only thing we didn't like was the lack of beach access -- the steps down from the seawall were welded shut, and the beach was non-existent anyway. Also, we would ask that Epic be clearer in your messaging that timed access locks to the unit mean that there is NO entry until exactly 4pm.

The 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit at Papakea met all of our needs. It was clean and well furnished. The ocean was at your footsteps. However, there is no sand beach. The grounds are immaculately maintained with a putting green. Tennis and pickle ball courts are available. There were a few minor items that need to be repaired. We had a wonderful stay.<br/>

3 bedroom Penthouse unobstructed views. The view and amenities were great. The air conditioning unit was out for 3 days. Maitenance repaired the unit it worked for 1 day then went back out. Thankfully it wasn't hot during our stay. The hot water in all showers only worked for a few minutes. The 3rd bedroom was a loft and did not have a door. There was no privacy in the loft room because the walls are only half walls and not extended to the ceiling. The condo was equipped well with everything we needed plus extras. We enjoyed our stay and would book again as a 2 bedroom with loft.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The only thing that was an issue was the getting the ac unit to work properly. It constantly stopped and that wasn't good when the room is facing the sun.

We had a great time in Maui. The condo was perfect for 6 adults. It was immaculate and fully stocked with everything you could think of. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful! Beautiful condo, grounds, pool. From the barbecue stations to the pickleball courts ... perfection!!

The condo was exactly how the pictures presented the property would be. Plenty of pots, pans and good kitchen knives. The property was well tended and lots of nice options for family activities.

The condo was very good.<br/>Good location. Clean & comfortable. <br/>My only complaint would be that the master suite was & stayed hot all day & night. Not totally sure why that was, but mad it uncomfortable, especially for sleeping. Even keeping the door.open didn't really help.<br/>Other then that I think it was a good choice for our trip.

Great condo in nice location. We had six adults and were very comfortable. The condo is in very nice shape, recently remodeled.

Wonderful time while we stayed here in Maui, so close to shops and has food trucks near by and a well stocked grocery store with other items. Beautiful view from our lani, morning and evening of the beach and the pool and beautiful well kept grounds! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes & such... there were even ice chests and beach chairs!

My family of four stayed here for 5 nights before decamping to the much busier island of Oahu. It was perfect for a relaxing break. The condo is very clean, the beds comfortable and there are walkable places to eat and shop.<br/>The staff are wonderful, very friendly and helpful. There is no real beach here, which wasn&#x2019;t an issue for us. It is a very short drive to shopping and boat excursions at Whalers Village.

What a great place for our family. H404 did not disappoint. Very clean, comfortable and inviting. We were immediately drawn to the amazing views of the water and the island of Molokai; just amazing. The property itself was immaculate. It is maticulously maintained. I was very impressed with the care this property receives. It was a treat to watch the sunsets from the property's edge every night. And easy access to the north end of Kaanapali Beach. Just outside the property, many conveniences just a short walk away. A grocery store, coffee bar & grill, local bakery, BBQ & Pizza eateries, convenient store/gas station are all just a few hundred yards from the property.<br/>H404 itself was very clean and orderly. It honestly felt like a home more than a condo. We enjoyed our favorite coffees on the lanai watching the morning sun casting itself on the face of Molokai - just breathtaking! We absolutely loved it; the perfect vacation! Thank you for hosting our family!

We had a great time at our Papakea home away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed the rental with all of its features. It was perfect for us...

I traditionally stay out Marriott properties but tried another areas. I'm definitely glad I did and will make this the go to property in the future.

We had four adults and two babies and the space was plenty large enough. The views are great and the top floor unit made the space feel even larger with the vaulted ceilings. Pool was great and the beach is a short 2-3 minute walk. Unit is newly purchased and so had lots of new kitchen equipment. Beds were very comfortable.
