Remodel upcoming! The property was remodeled by the previous owners in 2019 and now new owners are adding their touch for further updates for 2021. COVID CANCELLATION POLICY:
For stays November 1, 2020 - April 5, 2021, a 7-day cancellation policy is in place for non-peak periods: Cancel prior to 7 days out from your arrival date to receive a refund of your reservation total minus one night's rate and tax. If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival, your deposit will be forfeited. A 50% deposit is due at time of reservation. Peak periods include the following dates: December 18-January 2, February 11-20, March 5-20. For stays during these or including these dates, cancel up to 30 days prior to your stay to receive a refund of your reservation total minus one night's rate and tax. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, your deposit will be forfeited. A 50% deposit is due at time of reservation. One night's rate will be calculated as the average nightly rate during your scheduled stay.
Traveler is responsible for cancelling within the appropriate timeframe. Travel insurance is encouraged. Not valid on stays of 30 days or more. For reservations of 30 days or more, please contact us for rates, savings, and policies. If a future town, county, state or federal ordinance is enacted preventing the completion of your reservation with Lodging In Telluride, you will be issued a credit in the amount of your reservation (or remaining nights) toward a future stay, valid for one year from the date of your cancelled or interrupted stay. Refunds will not be issued.
