4BR 3 Bath beach home with private HEATED pool on the west end of Panama City Beach!
Panama Place is completely furnished and comes with many extras such as beach chairs and umbrellas, free WIFI, stainless steel appliances, flat screen TVs, DVD players, microwave oven, granite countertops, ceiling fans, tile and wood floors, washer/dryer, screened porch, beautiful landscaping and a spectacular PRIVATE salt water pool. This is one of only a few homes on the West End of the beach that has a PRIVATE POOL in the front of the home facing the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Whether you are at the pool or on the beach, the views are spectacular! The first floor guest room has two sets of queen over queen bunk beds, guest room #2 has queen over queen bunks with twin trundle, guest room #3 has a queen bed, and the master has 1 king bed and private bathroom.
Panama Place is situated 100 FEET TO THE BEACH and is perfect for weddings, receptions and special events with easy access to the beach. Prior approval and a surcharge apply for all special events. We have excellent relationships with preferred wedding planners and caterers. Panama Place is located one mile from St. Helen State Park which is an excellent venue for weddings, meetings, reunions, etc. All of our homes are family friendly. We cater to families and parties 25 years of age and older.
There is an extra fee of $ 65 per day to heat the pool
There is a $150 pet fee dogs only. Max weight 30 pounds.
$1000 security deposit must be paid with credit card
$385 cleaning fee
