Our family always tries our best to stay at Gulf Crest whenever we travel to PCB. It's our favorite place to stay, all the rooms are big and clean. We have probably stayed there more than 20 times over the years with our family. I also stay at Gulf Crest as a child with my mom and dad back when it was only 2 stores high. Our family absolutely loves this place and the location and would definitely recommend this place to others!

Always great at gulf crest!

Love love love Gulf Crest! This is the only condo we will stay in in PCB. Never any issues, rooms are always so clean like they've never been slept in. Beds are comfortable. More than enough space for our family. The location feels very private and safe. My ONLY complaint is that the check out time used to be 11am and is now 9am. I do wish they offered a late check out option to fully take advantage of the last booked day.

I loved Gulf Crest as a community. The front desk staff were very friendly and super helpful. We had a wonderful vacation. The only downside we had was the unit was not so clean. The vents were covered in dust and dust balls hung from the ceiling in the main bedroom and on both ceiling fans in the unit. The dryer's heating element quit working so we couldnt dry our clothes and the light in the main bathroom was very dim then completely went out. The light in the kitchen flickered and sometimes would not come on. I hate to leave such a review because we are not big deal makers and not bothered by much. But with all the covid issues going around I feel the unit should have been super clean and it just didnt feel that way. Still, all the linens were clean and the bathrooms and kitchen were clean so it wasnt too bad. We will most likely be back next year, maybe just not in this particular unit.

We really enjoyed our stay at Gulf Crest Condos. Condo was in a great location...was clean and had a marvelous beach view. More parking is definitely needed. Condo just needed a few items to be fixed...new toaster, light bulbs put in, ceiling fans repaired, however that did not make our stay any less enjoyable.

Great value very comfortable, great aminities.

My fiancé and I stayed in unit 1404 for our pre honeymoon for 10 days. Check in was pretty simple and keys were ready for us when we got there. The unit itself was extremely clean and plenty of space for us! We loved the ocean view from the 14th floor as well as the pools and spas! The unit had everything we needed from toiletries to kitchen utensils. The unit appeared updated and we felt very safe the entire trip. We will definitely be back!

It was the easiest rental I have ever had. Called booked the room had the keys waiting on me when I arrived.

We enjoyed our 3 mo. plus stay and got good service through the office. The property is very clean.

The only negative to our stay regarded the dirty floor. The bottoms of our feet were always black from walking in the non carpeted areas of the unit.

Best 4th of July we have ever had due to this awesome vacation spot and the beautiful condo. It was super clean and felt like home and the view was absolutely perfect. The staff are the best I have ever met. Love this place and will be back next year and the next and the next......

Comfortable, memorable, like home

Me and my family enjoy staying at Gulf Crest. It's always very clean and kept up. This is the first time that I have rented straight from GC, I usually rent from an owner through VRBO. The only thing I could say that may need to be updated would be the couch and loveseat. Very uncomfortable. We are not usually in the room very much so that was fine and not a big deal. There were plenty of towels, wash rags, and the washer and dryer are a definite plus. The balcony is amazing, it's as long as the condo with two sliding doors. Awesome view from room, living room and dining room. This is the first time we stayed that high up so the view was a lot better but I prefer to be closer to the ground. Every person I have talked to in the office is always very helpful and prompt in return messages. I would recommend GC to anyone.

Unit 1404 was well furnished and clean. The pools were great and interactions with staff were professional.

Very nice accommodations. Great location, still able to get to things but not be to congested with travelers. Only one wish..........wish beach chairs were included with the condo rental.

First time staying in Panama City, we will be back to Gulf Crest

Good place to stay for IMFL. The condo is situated about 1/2 mile from the finish line, and right on the run course. Condo was clean and well stocked for dishes, cooking utensils, etc. Definitely recommend Hammerhead Fred's - right across the street - for beer and food.

Unit was great just like the pictures!

The staff is very friendly, professional, and responsive to all our questions and/or problems while we are there. It is always a pleasure.

The property manager who took our initial reservation did a great job explaining their policies and procedures so that when we arrived there were no surprises. The rental unit was in great shape and was spotless. Our family of four had a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful time. The condo was roomy and comfortable. Having two pools was an asset; both looking out at the beach.

We stayed in this condo while we were doing a complete remodel of ours. Condo was very clean and had new carpet. Both baths and kitchen haven't been updated and it shows with lots of wear and the master shower has cracks and chips on the wall of the shower. Bed in master very comfortable but the TV in the master was small and you couldn't view the full screen due to the entertainment<br/> center it was put in. The dryer was broken the three weeks I stayed, but the management company let me use another unit to dry my clothes.

We go to gulf crest every year and it never disappoints. Rooms are very nice and the staff are great!

Over our stay was good! But there was a couple items that need to be addressed. The love seat in the family had no legs on it and it is just sitting on the floor, very uncomfortable to sit on. The smoke alarm was off the wall in the small bedroom (HUGE SAFETY ISSUE!!!) and the ice maker would not give ice thru the door. The dryer was full of lint and I spent an hour with the vac cleaning it (fire hazard).

*The property management was extremely helpful, eager to please, and professional! Staff diligently cleaned the common areas every morning. Beach and pool areas were well maintained.<br/>*We were not told prior to arrival that we would need to provide our own shampoo, soaps, paper towels, tissues, napkins, trash bags, etc. Only one small travel-size of each was given (until we figured out that we needed to shop for more supplies).<br/>* Our unit was not clean. Several bed coverings, throw pillows, sheets, towels were stained and appeared dirty (even if they were clean). Tile floors made our bare feet black; when we wiped up small spills, it was obvious the floor had not been mopped with soap for many weeks. Kitchen sink was stained. Garbage disposal and ice dispenser in fridge did not work. Hair clump on bathroom floor. Gummy bears scattered on floor of balcony.

This was our third year in this unit. It is a great size and clean. I would like to see a few things done:<br/>1- supply an electric can opener. <br/>2- main problem is that the sofa bed needs a new mattress. It is very low and very uncomfortable. <br/>3- the kitchen and bath cabinets are showing signs of wear and need paint. <br/>4- caulking around tile and baseboards needs to be redone. And the bath grout. <br/>5- kitchen sink also needs caulking. <br/>6- master bedroom bedspread should be replaced. <br/>7- take a look at silverware- many items have seen the garbage disposal. <br/>8- dryer does not work on perma press. <br/>9- living room decorative pillows are fraying. <br/>I hope this gets some attention and you will let me know since we have bookec for next year.

I took my lovely Aunt Kathy and Aunt Judy on a trip to this place...we didn't want to leave. It was just perfect! This will be a annual trip for us at this place&#x2764;&#xFE0F;&#x2764;&#xFE0F;&#x2764;&#xFE0F;

The unit was clean, smoke detector battery was weak kept beeping until I removed the battery no one came checked it after I reported it. Pools were clean and I enjoyed the accommodations. I plan to stay again but this time for a week. I didn&#x2019;t like the cleaning people standing at my door waiting on me to check out at 9:30 checkout was at 10:00 needs to be 11:00 or later.

It was super clean, perfect view. Great location. The employees there work with you and help with any questions you have.

Condo was clean. Staff was friendly. I was informed prior to my arrival that the unit I requested was not available because the air conditioner was not working. It was not working in this unit either. The staff was right on it and it was repaired the following day. Also, the refrigerator needed to be updated. The ice maker was not working properly.
