Out of the Blue is a fully renovated 4-bedroom townhome with everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation. Located only 3 blocks from the public beach access this home is a quick walk to the beach. You are also within walking distance of the Kure Beach Pier, which boast restaurants, shops, a convenience store and much more!
The 1st level has a beautiful bedroom with queen bed and TV. The spacious living area leads to a deck with a picnic table and charcoal grill. The 2nd level has a large bedroom with a king bed, TV, private deck and full bathroom. The next bedroom has a queen bed with TV. The ground level offers additional space with a queen bed, bunk bed, TV sitting area, and full bathroom. The upper and lower units are connected by a spiral staircase. The lower patio has a partially enclosed outdoor shower and another picnic table. There is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the comforts of this great beach house. The linen/towel package is included for all the beds in the price of the cleaning fee. Parking for 3 cars.
This is a duplex. The driveway is shared with the other side of the duplex but this home is private with its own private access and decks.
Explore the local charm of Pleasure Island - we have great fishing, the aquarium, the boardwalk, and much more! In addition historic downtown Wilmington which has much to offer, including a battleship you can tour, is just a short drive away!
