Description
Oceanview Villa is a luxury beach front house with 6 bedrooms, 6 baths, elevator, a private pool, and boardwalk to the beach. This beautifully landscaped property has unobstructed sweeping killer views# of the ocean. The beach boardwalk is just a short walk from the house. The private pool area is perfect for swimming and grilling after a long day at the beach. This three story home has enough space for everyone in your party.
The ground floor is a great floor for the kids to have their own space. There is a bunk bedroom with a full size bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer plus a half bath. In addition, each bedroom has their own TV.
The second floor has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. One queen bedroom has it’s own private deck with a great ocean view and en suite bathroom. The kids' bunk room has a twin size bed over a full size bed with a trundle bed underneath. There is a second queen bedroom with its own deck with a view too. The last bedroom on the second floor has a queen bedroom and shares a bathroom with the bunk bedroom.
The top floor has amazing ocean views from the living room and kitchen. This floor has an open floor plan and the living, dining and kitchen are all open for great gatherings. The master suite has a king bed with it's own private deck with an ocean view and large master closet and private bathroom. There is a large dining table and kitchen bar area with bar stools. The living room has a leather sleeper sofa to offer additional sleeping for two. The kitchen provides everything you need during your stay including a large well stocked pantry. The views are amazing from the living and kitchen area. In addition, there is a half bath on this floor. Sorry, no pets allowed.
This 2300 square foot home is located on Mustang Island, just minutes from the heart of Port Aransas, sleeps 16 people. It is located across the road from popular "Wilson's Cut”, one of the best shallow water fishing locations in Texas! So bring your boats and kayaks, because we have room on the cul de sac for you to park your boat or kayak trailer. Once you experience Oceanview Villa, you will be counting the days until your return.
