This villa was renovated in 2016. It is tastefully decorated, very clean, and maintained to high standards. Offering nice ocean and pool views, the villa is just minutes from the beach, and is within walking distance to shopping and dining at Front Beach IOP. This complex is located one row back from the beach, and a short drive from downtown Charleston, featuring world class dining and shopping opportunities. Guests have access to the community pool and a shared laundry facility, located next door at the Sea Cabin Villas. Guests enjoy wireless internet!
The living room features a 43 inch Smart TV with and sleeper sofa, which provides additional bedding. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters and GE stainless steel appliances. The deck provides outdoor living space with seating and views of the pool. The master suite is furnished with a king bed, TV with cable, and en suite bath. The guest bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, plus a smart TV (no cable). The villa will accommodate up to six guests. Please note there is no elevator.
Each Oceanside Villa includes: free parking, community pool, community fishing pier, initial supply of linens and towels, access to a shared coin operated laundry facility, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service. The wireless service requires a login and password. Contact the front desk about the login information. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. We cannot provide support for guest's personal computer systems.
