We had a great time. 1105 is furnished very nice. It is our second time in this unit. It has nicely stocked kitchen and nice patio furniture. My only request is that more bath towels are provided. As well as more sheets and pillow cases. There is always a huge shortage of linens whenever we stay at Gulfcrest. Other than that, it was perfect!

From booking the condominium to checking out, the stay was amazing. When booking we actually changed condos and the customer service was top notch. We called and the response was immediate. We loved the fact that the condos and beach access were gated for security. It’s clean, spacious, and one of the closest rentals to the ocean. The beach is top notch. The only gripe we had was that no adult beverages were permitted in the pool.

We thoroughly enjoy Unit 1105. The decor color palette was so relaxing and cozy. The balcony on this unit has throw carpets which added comfort and warmth. Spectacular Gulf view which Gulf Crest is known for. Kitchenware was spot on for every need and this unit even had B&B type spice rack which was a homey touch. The beach tote cart was a plus! We loved our stay.

Check in was very easy. The condo was very nice inside and out. Beautiful view from the patio. Rooms were big and plenty of space for our family.

Overall the rental experience was good. I just wish the staff in the Gulf Crest office was a little more helpful - or at least that there was more information about what the condo included. <br/><br/>When I first booked, I asked about beach chairs and was told "No this condo does not come with beach chair rental". Then I asked if there was a crockpot in the unit. Again, I was told "No this unit does not include a crock pot". Then I found out from other family members who renting at Gulf Crest that their units not only include beach chair rental, but folding beach chairs and a cooler. When I asked about it for ours, I was again told "No. Our units do not include either of these."<br/><br/>When I arrived, I was then told "Yes. the unit comes with beach chair rental" and when we got into the condo I saw that the unit did have a crock pot, folding beach chairs, and a cooler. Had I known this I would not have bought these items and brought with me in the car.<br/><br/>In the end, a list of items available for each condo needs to be available for people renting.

Great stay. Everything in the Gulf Crest was clean, the staff was all very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Gulf Crest is perfect place to vacation. MGNT staff outstanding. They have (3) elevator that are the fastest ones on the beach. never a long wait which is important when traveling with an elderly mother. Loved unit 1103 furniture comfortable and shower in master is low to step in. Again very important with an elderly person. Two items to work on make one pool an adult pool and add more handicap parking

Unit 1105 was one of the best ones we';ve stayed in. Clean and had all the things we needed to enjoy a 10 day stay! Loved it

Condo was cool and clean. All appliances worked. Will stocked with pots and pans. We cooked some meals. Washer and dryer were perfect.

My family and I had a good time. The apartment is very well equipped. Location can't be better. Had issues with the property management company and cleaning can be better. Overall we had a good time and enjoyed the apartment, location and weather.

The condo was beautifully decorated. Kitchen stocked with everything needed and more. Even had a large selection of games. Nicest, cleanest condo we've ever stayed in. The air conditioner and refrigerator were already set at nice temperature so we didn't have to wait for it to cool off after we arrived. Big balcony. Beautiful view.

Very nice condo with all the conveniences of home. Clean and comfortable. Definitely will try to stay here again.

I would like to say I have been coming to Panama City for at least 20 years. And this was by far the best condo we ever stayed in we absolutely love it.

We had a great family vacation with our entire baseball team! Most of the team stayed at Gulf Crest Condos. We had a family of 5 in unit 1105 but could of easily fit a few more!! The room was super clean and had everything we needed! The huge patio over looked the beautiful beach. The condo was decorated so cute with a beach theme. I highly recommend this condo!

Gulf Crest has an excellent location, great size for our family and it's beach front. We love that it has assigned parking and that they have rules like beach towels don't hold chairs around the pool. The condo is a great size with all of the amenities of a home (washer, dryer, keurig, etc.)

Gulf crest unit 1105 and the whole resort was fantastic. Super clean and nice. The rental through gulf crest reservations was seamless! Have stayed in 12 places in PCB and never staying anywhere else!!

Absolutely stunning condo! All you need is groceries and you're set! Breathtakingly beautiful views! So quiet too! We have stayed at other condominiums in the past, and will definitely visit Gulf Crest again!

The condo was lovey! Everything which we expected expect for it stated that it sleep 8 with a pull out couch. That was not the case. Since we didn't really need it, it wasn't a huge deal for us but it might be for someone else booking this unit. The unit itself was great. Very spacious & comfortable. It really had everything. The balcony is the largest I've ever had at a condo in FL which was great. It would be nice if within your towel supply that you gave at least 2 dish towels and not one. The kitchen was well stocked & even had spices for use. It had several coffee makers to choose from which was nice. It could use a pizza cutter but not a big deal. Lot's of doors in the bathroom's. As for the building itself, it seemed as the elevators seemed to be down a lot. The pool area was great and so was the beach. It was nice that I was able to re-book to this year since due to COVID we had to cancel last year. This wasn't the unit which I had originally booked & it wasn't the unit which I re-booked last fall but I was happy they still had a unit available for me. This unit didn't disappoint. I feel that the communication for checking in & out could be more. I understand that due to COVID & checking in after hours things were different. I didn't understand why I had to pay an additional fee to print my own doc's so that I could get my parking pass. Overall, this was a lovey unit which had everything which we needed and was very comfortable. I would completely recommend to someone heading to PCB.
