You are going to love the location of this property in NMB! Located right on the ocean and walking distance to Ocean Drive, you will be able to park your car the whole time you stay here! This 3BR/2BA end unit is perfect for your vacation getaway. Sit out on the balcony and listen to the waves or watch the sunrise every morning. It has everything you need to cook your meals and relax in the evening. There is a queen bed in the master suite with balcony access and a full bathroom. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have queen beds too. There is another full bathroom to use in the hallway. It has a wet bar for cocktails too!
There is a grill area to use outside and a walkway to the beach with an outside shower to wash the sand off. The pool area is oceanfront so you can easily go to the pool or the beach. You can walk to Ocean Drive and Main Street to grab a bite to eat or have a cocktail. There are lots of shops and things to do.

This property is located on the 3rd floor of a walk up building. It is non-smoking and no pets or motorcycles are allowed. Free Wi-Fi is available. Weekly rentals only in the Prime Season and Snowbirds are welcome.
