Overall a very positive experience for the 9 day stay with our family. We arrived late but had the door code to allow us to check in without issue.<br/>Apartment was clean and matched the description and photos in the listing. No dissapointment with the location! We were able to see whales from the lanai and turtles below amongst the rocks.<br/>Pool and hot tub were clened on a regular basis and staff working at the complex were very curteous and friendly. Staff are not responsible for this particular apartment but were still able to provide a plug for the sink that was missing.<br/>Beach chairs and an umbrella were in the apartment as well as a boogie board. Beach nearby is a very short walk. Lots of people access the good waves out front with paddle, wind and surfboards. We never met anyone from the rental agency but the maintained contact with us throughout the stay and kept us up to date with notifications and reminders.

We had an awesome experience in this property. Location is great, condo was spotless, Property Manager Kim Marie was amazing very responsive and professional.

Conutless turtles to view off your private balcony daily. Turtles sunning/resting on the sand most afternoons around 3PM (17 most one afternoon during stay). Beach chairs provided with this unit are very handy for the trips to the many area beaches. Several dining options within walking distance. Small sandy beach next to this small quiet 3 building complex with plenty of parking during our entire stay, clean pool & gas grill area with professional staff when needed. Unit has zone AC which is a welcome relief after a hot day at the beach & kitchen is stocked with everything to cook a meal at home if you wich to save a buck. Good communication from management during entire booking process. Would definitely stay at this complex again in the future.

This condo worked great for our family of 5 adults. We loved being right on the ocean, and being able to watch whales and turtles right from the lanai. The condo and the property are well-taken care of, and check-in was easy.

Loved the condo and balcony. I&#x2019;d recommend a solid handrail up the stairwell. The stairs are unsafe currently. The shower head in the front upstairs bedroom sprays sideways unless angled in a very specific way. Thanks, Jim

We LOVED our condo while we stayed in Maui in late July 2022. The condo had everything we needed. The ocean views were amazing! The place was very clean and organized. The two pools were awesome. We grilled out several times right there by the pool. We saw turtles every afternoon. We felt very safe , went on lots of walks, and walked to a small beach location. All communication with the condo owners were very professional. 6 adults in this condo was no problem. Again, LOVED our stay!!

Excellent family trip! Beyond expectations! Large unit to spread out ... Million Dollar view to enjoy at all times ... direct access to snorkle with Turtles in ocean.

Bottom line: amazing views of whales right off the balcony. <br/><br/>An older property but has had some nice updates to the interior. All of the furniture and bedding is super comfortable and the layout is nice. We were a party of 5 and initially I was hesitant because the floor plan seemed small but we had more than enough room to all hang out together or stretch out on two lanais. The place is very private and well insulated so you&#x2019;ll hardly hear your neighbors. The kitchen is a good size and we cooked many of our family meals here. There are some spices and plenty of cutlery and cookware. <br/><br/>The beaches nearby are small and a little rocky but absolutely packed with honu swimming or sleeping on the sand. We counted 45 on one of the beaches! The rental comes with some super comfy beach chairs and sand mats. They also have a cooler for beach picnics! There is plenty of good dining nearby and a great grocery (Food Land) about 5 minutes drive away. More shopping and dining are closer to Lahaina (~10-15 minutes away). <br/><br/>It&#x2019;s hard to imagine a place with better views. Combine that with the close proximity to food and fun and this place is a true gem!

Amazing views, very comfy beds, excellent customer service/management. The property itself is a bit dingy and wasn&#x2019;t completely clean. There were smokers outside our windows every afternoon, and the windows do not seal so smoke entered the unit. <br/><br/>Overall we had a wonderful stay- just sharing the above for feedback.

Our family had a wonderful stay in 304! We were all very comfortable in the bedrooms. We had a amazing view of the ocean, saw sea turtles every day! Great little beach. The kitchen was well equipped. Perfect place for us.

This condominium is ideally located. Close to Lahaina and Kaanapali. The view from the lanai is amazing. We saw turtles and whales every day. The beach right beside the complex is great. The atmosphere was friendly and relaxed. We would definitely recommend this condo and would stay here again. The management company was great to deal with and very responsive.
