All Samsung Televisions are brand new with a 70" in the living room and a 42' in each bedroom. Fiber internet, perfect for guests wanting to work remotely. This home has a sleeper sofa and a twin sleeper chair for sleeping 3 extra people to allow this home to accommodate 9 comfortably. Private community dock provides access for kayaking, fishing and a scenic walk over the marsh as well as a lookout to watch the sunset. Private beach access is close at the end of the street.
