This Newpark resort townhome has a private hot tub and is ideally located in the heart of the new mixed-use Newpark District, minutes from skiing, and right in the heart of the shopping and restaurants at Newpark.
As you walk into the front door of the townhome you'll enter the open floor plan connecting the living area to the dining room and kitchen. The living room has a gas fireplace, high ceilings with exposed beams, a large flat-screen TV and a comfy sleeper sofa. Just steps past living area, the dining table seats four and opens up to the kitchen, with space for three more at the kitchen bar. The fully-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a gas range. There also a full bathroom with a walk-in shower on the main level. Up the stairs and to the left, you’ll find the master bedroom, complete with king bed and a balcony overlooking the wetlands preserve and the walking path in the park. The master bath also features an attached bathroom with a huge walk-in shower. Across the hall, you’ll find the second bedroom, which has two twin beds, and there is another twin day bed at the top of the stairs. The guest bath upstairs has a shower/tub combo. The entire property gets great light - and there are two separate balconies. In addition to the master upstairs, step outside from the main level to the second spacious deck and you'll enjoy your own private hot tub!
This great mountain townhome is ideally located in the new Newpark Shopping District, a family-oriented area loaded with restaurants, movie theaters and major retailers like Whole Foods. Try Red Rock Junction, the local brewpub a short walk from the front door, or Blue Sushi, the local favorite sushi restaurant also nearby. The Canyon's resort is only a few minutes drive away, downtown Park City and the Park City Resort lifts are less than ten minutes away, and Deer Valley is just a few minutes further down the road. The Park City area is a mecca for outdoor activities year-round including skiing, hiking, biking and golf.
