The living room has seating for 10 and inviting mountain decor. Settle in by the stone fireplace that features a mounted caribou above the mantle. Enjoy a movie on the 36” flat-screen TV. Sliding doors offer access to a large deck.
The bonus living room comes with a sectional sofa, desk, and 37” flat-screen TV. Craft a beverage at the wet bar.
KITCHEN & DINING
Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances shine in the well-equipped kitchen. A large island offers ample prep space and seating for four. Share meals around a 10-person pine wood dining table.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
The master bedroom boasts a king bed, hotel-grade linens, fireplace, walk-in closet, and 37” flat-screen TV. The spa-like en-suite bathroom has dual vanities, a jetted soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.
The downstairs second bedroom has a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a lofted twin bed. The third bedroom has a king bed, while the fourth bedroom has a queen bed. A guest bathroom features a double vanity and tub/shower combination.
The spacious main deck has a dining table and gas grill. On the lower deck, a private hot tub offers relaxation.

Extras include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. There is parking for two vehicles in the garage and two in the driveway.
Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.
This home is near trails for hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing, and is 10 minutes from the beach and the slopes of Heavenly.
Drive 10 minutes for homemade pasta at Primos Italian Bistro, authentic Thai at My Thai Cuisine, or hand-crafted beer and pub fare at Cold Water Brewery.
Strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for any parties or weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 9 people and 4 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day (meaning that even an afternoon BBQ with too many people would be subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise at any time of day will result in guest fine up to $2,000 – in addition to any fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities. Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. If a hot tub is available, there can be no use after 10 PM. This home is located in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. No smoking is permitted. No pets of any kind are allowed unless specifically noted in listing.
