The colorful living area on the second floor features a comfy couch, two armchairs, and 54” flat-screen TV.
On the first floor, another living area offers a queen-size sleeper sofa, twin-size sleeper sofa, and 42” flat-screen TV. A desk is outfitted with a monitor, perfect for checking emails or planning activities.
KITCHEN & DINING
Create delicious meals in the sunny and spacious kitchen on the second floor, complete with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and ample counter space.
Gather for meals at the dining table for six, with additional seating for five at the breakfast bar.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
This three-story townhome sleeps up to nine guests between the three bedrooms and two sleeper sofas in the living area.
The third-floor master bedroom is configured with a queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, and private balcony with bay views. The en-suite bathroom features a double vanity and walk-in shower.
Two guest rooms on the third floor each have two twin-size beds. A guest bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination.
On the ground floor, the living area is furnished with two sleeper sofas (a queen and a twin). A split bathroom is appointed with a walk-in shower on one side of the hallway and a water closet and sink on the other side.
A half bath on the second floor provides added convenience.
Sip morning coffee on the ground-floor patio, equipped with a bench and bistro table for two.
On the second floor, enjoy a refreshing beverage at the cushioned wicker seating area. Or take in the views of the city skyline and bay at the four-person table.

Enjoy access to the unheated community pool (open from Memorial Day-Labor Day) and a fitness center. A community dock is located in the neighborhood and fishing is allowed (fishing license required).
