Located right in the Northstar Village, this luxurious 3BR/3BA mountain-view penthouse condo is located on the top floor of the Iron Horse South building. Highlights include dramatic 25’ ceilings, a gorgeous gas fireplace, and air-conditioning. The light-filled 1,950 square foot floor plan features a gourmet kitchen and three serene suites.
Two balconies offer views of the amenity-rich Village and the mountain. Take your pick of the all-season outdoor hot tubs and pools, or make use of the fitness centers. Walk to the skating rink for family fun.
LIVING AREA
Vaulted ceilings soar in the living room, detailed with plush leather furniture and a gas fireplace lined with stone. Watch a new film on the 65” flat-screen, complete with DVD player and surround sound.

This single-level condo accommodates up to eight guests in three suites.
The master suite is a private retreat with a comfortable queen bed and a private balcony overlooking the Village. The en-suite bathroom is outfitted with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and a jetted garden tub.
Find a twin-over-full bunk bed plus a twin-over-twin bunk in the guest suite, which features a tub/shower combination in the attached bathroom. The third suite has a king bed and a bright en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Step onto the main balcony to find comfy seating and incredible views of the Village and skating rink. Another private perch is accessible via the master bedroom.
Iron Horse South has two outdoor hot tubs. Welk Resorts’ year-round heated pool and hot tubs are less than 500’ from your door. Make use of a seasonal wading pool, tennis courts, bocce, and a kids’ playground in warmer months.
EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS
Enjoy access to two fitness centers with showers and locker rooms. One is located in Iron Horse South and has a steam sauna; the other is located at Welk Resorts, and has a pool table and foosball.
Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a ski locker, and an in-unit washer/dryer.
There is unassigned parking for one car in the underground garage (maximum clearance is 8’). Other nearby day-only parking is served by shuttle bus. There is no other overnight parking available on the street or elsewhere in the Village.

Your Iron Horse South penthouse is steps from Northstar Village activities. The ice-skating rink is a favorite spot in winter months, adjacent to your condo.
Head 8 miles to the shores of Lake Tahoe. Hop on the Tahoe Rim Trail within 5 miles in the summer months., then explore downtown Truckee’s eclectic restaurant scene.
