A second living area offers a welcoming spot to unwind with a cup of hot cocoa. Choose from a selection of provided board games.
KITCHEN & DINING
The modern kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a French door fridge and Wolf range.
When it’s time to eat, two tables accommodate 10, while a gas fireplace provides a warm ambience.
BED & BATH
This two-story home sleeps up to 10 guests between the four bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the downstairs living area.
Find comfort in the peaceful master suite, which features a king-size bed, 48” TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom has a full-size bed. A guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.
Sleep soundly in the fourth bedroom, offering a full-over-queen bunk bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
In warmer months, enjoy a crisp beverage on the private deck. Fire up the gas grill and host an afternoon cookout. A private hot tub offer indulgent soaks.
Enjoy access to the Lake Tahoe Park HOA amenities, including 800’ of private beach, two deepwater piers, an expansive lawn, volleyball court, horseshoe pits, swing set, and basketball court.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix and Disney+, as well as a washer/dryer and parking for four cars (two in the garage and two in the driveway) are provided. This home does not have air-conditioning.
A steep road leads to this home, which can sometimes remain unplowed for several hours during/after a storm. 4-wheel-drive or chains/snow tires are required to reach the home during winter conditions.
Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances (gas grills are ok).
Head into Tahoe City for excellent dining and shopping. Visit nearby Paige Meadows to enjoy cross-country skiing and snowshoeing in the winter and hiking in the summer.
During the ski season, Homewood is 10 minutes away and Squaw/Alpine are less than a 20-minute drive.
