Your beach memories start in the quaint community of Pass-A-Grille – St. Pete Beach’s hidden gem! Nestled along the Little McPherson Bayou and canal, this beautifully furnished 4BR/3BA property is a 5-minute walk to the powder white sands of the Gulf.
Highlights include an open floor plan with coastal décor, hardwood floors, and a resort-like outdoor space with a private dock. The third-level rooftop deck has four Adirondack chairs to relax and watch the sunrise, sunset or just take in the sweeping, panoramic views of the water!
Enjoy the saltwater pool (6’ deep) and outdoor lounge area outfitted with lounge chairs, an umbrella-shaded table, and seating around a gas firepit table. The landscape provides ultimate privacy. Make use of the provided kayaks and beach cruiser bicycles!
Several dining options, convenient amenities, and local attractions are within a short walk.
The living room boasts an open floor plan. Cathedral ceilings and four sets of French doors lining the back of the house let the outside in! A 75” smart TV with cable also offers access to Netflix and Amazon Prime.
On the second floor, find a sitting area in the loft and a small office.
KITCHEN & DINING
Start the day off right by preparing breakfast in the upscale kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a wine fridge. Extras include a Keurig machine and blender.
Sip morning coffee at the four-seat kitchen bar. A four-seat table offers additional dining space.
BED & BATH
This three-story home sleeps up to eight guests between four bedrooms.
Rest easy in the deluxe master suite, featuring a king bed and private balcony. An immaculate en-suite bath has two toilets, two vanities, a walk-in shower, and an oversize Jacuzzi tub.
The second bedroom has a king bed, 50” cable TV, and en-suite bath with a walk-in shower.
The third bedroom is appointed with a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom includes a full-over-full bunk bed. A guest bath includes a tub/shower combination.
Enjoy the coastal breeze on the rooftop deck. Take in stunning views of the surrounding waterways and canal. An additional balcony off the master has seating for two.
Spend sun-soaked days by the private heated pool (6’ deep). A grill is available to cook up your catch of the day! Or relax on the canalside dock.
The spacious yard features a koi pond.

The dock is suited for swimming and sunbathing. Boats are not permitted.
Walk 5 minutes to the sugar-white sands of the Gulf. A plethora of dining and shopping options, as well as convenient amenities, are within a 15-minute walk. A local market at the end of the street provides groceries, liquor, and fresh fish!
Downtown St. Petersburg is a 15-minute drive away. Take the Cross Bay Ferry from St. Petersburg to Tampa and enjoy Busch Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo, Florida Aquarium or catch a game at Raymond James Stadium.
Golf opportunities and multiple marinas are available nearby.
